It really didn't. It just gave me a name and a community. I was basically always mgtow-lite. The important thing but not life changing is knowing that I'm not alone in my views. That was a nice feeling. But ultimately my day to day life is exactly the same. Oh since I'm going on 3 years of mgtow,what has changed is I now make a conscious effort to not end up hanging out with women 1 on 1.
