Just continue talking to her and flirting with her, and make sure you have other girls you are talking to as well. That way you won't feel like it's a big deal that the girl isn't acting interested. Even though it's just a cliche phrase that doesn't mean anything. If the relationship is failing, and the person isn't feeling desired, then it's that person's responsibility to end the relationship or try to fix the problems. Cheating should not be an option.
