1	Procreate the MGTOW way There are techniques to increase the chances for a given gender, down to sexual position. I don't know how that works with artificial insemination - you may be able to choose your gender already with that. Ultimately I feel like you do get a preference, and a small chance to influence the outcome, but the rest is out of our hands. At least that is my belief on it.
