Neon Genesis Evangelion. I just watched it for the first time a few months ago (late to the party, I know) and it still lingers in my mind. Truly the thinking mans anime, but even then it's definitely not for everyone.

Hahaha oh no I don't give a shit about that kinda stuff. I've been on the internet enough to not really be phased by blanket insults. I think it gets to me a lot worse when it's not as "anonymous" as something like 4chan, and there's actually a topic at hand. I think I have a fear of being "wrong" more than someone calling me a bitch boy.

Tbh even though I follow this and a few other debate type subs, I absolutely can't stand conflict lmao. Even something as stupid as debating about whether incels want to fuck their own mothers. I know it's definitely something I need to work on and get better at. I always end up feeling personally offended and just back off. Quick, someone call me a cunt!

I agree. Growing up in a strongly Protestant suburban house, it seems like ANYTHING revolving around sex was demonized. Making it into a such a taboo can really fuck kids up. I think my parents explained what a condom was, but besides that I had to rely on public school health class to explain it (with wikipedia and porn filling in the gaps).

Is 5'8 really considered the cutoff for being short? Last thing I've heard is that the average height in the US is about 5'9, somewhat from more latino and asian immigrants bringing the average down. I'm 5'7, and at my college from what i've seen the average guy is maybe only a little taller than me.
