However, I still find it necessary in many cases, not just in some. In all cases where meds are prescribed though, they need to be paired with therapy (cognitive, hypnotherapy, whatever). I do believe that several cases could be treated with therapy alone, whereas many doctors just prescribe what you call the "magic pill". Meds are absolutely necessary to treat many cases although, in my opinion, they should be always paired with therapy. There are some things you can't fix with exercise, meditation and clean diet.
