2	How do you deal with extreme self-esteem issues about your looks? I used to be really self conscious about my acne until I tried the Fresh towel on the pillow trick. I tried it the night I saw this post and I still do it to this day. It worked a charm and I've only ever very rarely gotten pimples -- most often when I'm sleeping in someone else's bed and not on a clean pillow case.
