You somehow managed to confuse this with an argument about the ability to have an abortion. /u/jvardrake and the others are saying that, given women have the right to disown a child through either abortion or adoption, a man should have the same right (edit: and since he obviously can't have an abortion, he should be able to separate himself from the responsibility of raising the child). It is about equality of rights and has nothing to do with your weird discourse on the morality of abortions.
