I can attest to hitting the gym. You should try to get that body fat percentage lower it will make your face more attactive showing of your cheekbones and jawline. Getting my body fat percentage down after getting a bit older I've regained some of the second glances I used to get when I was younger. Good luck homie!

Damn there is some knowledge in that pdf, thank you! I'm about half way through and a lot of stuff is clicking. Also this is exactly for me because I can be a entitled son of a gun when it come to girls. Also normal rapport building seems like the way to go moving forward, after I've read the whole thing.

I have almost crippling anxiety sometimes and some mental health issues I'm working on that I feel are more important for my own well-being. Other than that I'm probably making up excuses not to approach, since I know I will be butthurt (outcome dependent) if I get rejected.

Damn never thought of it that way. Seriously mind blown right now. That is exactly why the girls don't care. They have no reason to invest in me not knowing if I am of any value. They can't tell wether I'm looking away because of abundance or low confidence since I haven't shown them who I am and what value I have as a person first. I looked him up and saw that PDF earlier, didn't know then if I should have given it a read, but now I know. It looks to be just the right thing for me right now. Th…

I totally can agree that my attempts to look like I have options comes off like I have low confidence. That is why I rarely get second glances. Super helpful reply. Thank you! I will look up Avery Hayden.
