1	Where the fuck do most guys learn this stuff? I’m not sure if this will be helpful for you but have you tried practicing meditation? I’ve completely rebuilt my self confidence with it over the course of a few years. It took a lot of consistent work but I improved slowly over time and now my confidence is bleeding into all areas in life. 1	Where the fuck do most guys learn this stuff? Check out “The Game” by Neil Strauss for picking up women. Seduction is not an innate skill you are born with. It’s learned like any other skill. It requires study and practice. Sure, some may be more confident and pick up women more easily because of this, but for the rest of us, it’s a skill that can be learned!
