Guide to start lifting [For TRP beginners]As someone that used to lift regularly just a few years back, its amazing how weak you become without any maintenance. At my peak my numbers probably looked like Squat: 350 Deadlift: 405 (never actually hit it, but was damn close) Bench: 250 Those were my 5 rep max numbers. Trying to get back into the gym and thought i was being smart. Warmed up on squats with just the bar and then did 5x5 with 135. Lower back was wrecked for a week. Now im focusing on rebuilding my foundation and trying not to … | /r/TheRedPill | 16/08/20 03:59 PM
Not having confidence is selfish.Makes perfect sense, especially given the context presented by OP. When shy you are thinking of others judging you. You're thinking of yourself only. It's very similar to vanity in that way. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/01/20 11:31 AM

Are full body routines really enough to put on mass? It's all about the mind muscle connection. I go to the gym and absolutely destroy the muscle group for that day. Like....even with foam rolling, ice showers, and yoga, I still cant walk normally or bend over for days after leg day. It's a sick obsession. I know it's a good back day when I cant buckle my seat belt afterwards. It's a good chest day if I cant do one pushup at the end. It's a good shoulder day if my arms shake like an earthquake when I raise them overhead. | /r/askTRP | 20/12/18 02:01 AM
Are full body routines really enough to put on mass?Lol dude. Does the program you're following say to use machines? My routine that I've developed is a four day split Legs Chest and tris Back and bis Shoulders and abs I start with yoga to warm up, then a heavy compound lift based on the area of the day (squats, bench, row, overhead press) for 3 sets of 8-12 and increase the weight for one set of 3-5 reps. After that I just do whatever sounds fun...maybe six more exercises of three sets each. Switching up angles for every exercise. | /r/askTRP | 20/12/18 01:41 AM
Are full body routines really enough to put on mass?Oh jesus fuck dude. Part of lifting is learning patience. More patience than you will ever need in any other situation. Stick to the program. Stop questioning shit. Maybe take some pictures now and then compare after the program if you need an assurance. | /r/askTRP | 20/12/18 01:10 AM
Are full body routines really enough to put on mass? Then why are we here right now? | /r/askTRP | 20/12/18 01:07 AM
Are full body routines really enough to put on mass?Stick to pre made programs dude. There are so many out there and they will take your mind out of the equation. Dont try and 'fix' the routine or 'adapt it for yourself'. Nut up and do the routine given to you for however long it lasts. Then find another. Maybe in a few years you can start designing your own. | /r/askTRP | 20/12/18 01:06 AM
Accepting a girls pastAll of them. A girl with no sexual history is a red flag. And five times a day with her then boyfriend is pretty common when you're younger. Is she still fucking him? Or you? | /r/askTRP | 20/12/18 01:03 AM
