That’s awesome man! Don’t fall for the bullshit in society of acting like mental health/anxiety is “just in your head”, whatever the fuck that phrase is even supposed to mean lol

I mean, you could ADDRESS THE ANXIETY first, it’s often not just a matter of telling yourself “quit being so fucking nervous you pussy” and just snapping out of it

You’re really trivializing what actual anxiety is, and that example you used is absolutely fucking ridiculous

just go out and talk to people, make eye contact with everyone and be as friendly and outgoing as possible, even if you're faking it. Think about it this way, has someone ever came up to you and gave you a compliment or made small talk and you walked away thinking "God... that guy's a cunt, why is he even talking to me?" Probably not, right? chances are, you walk away feeling a little better. we're pack mammals, humans like interaction, so for the next month, say hello to every person you see an…

I really feel bad with my life. And I'm quite pessimist about this all brutal honesty time, if you dont want it, look away Stop hating your life and feeling sorry for yourself, theres people out there who have it worse than you. Also, why should any girl take interest in a generic basement dweller and nerd, living with his parents, with no friends or social interaction? You gotta make a change man, I saw in another comment you claimed to be a "procrastinator" and prefer to isolate yourself. Stop…

so basically you want a girl to try and hit on you? I hate to tell you brother, but if you're waiting for a girl to make all the moves, you're gonna be waiting a very very very long time

I feel like the key for going out alone is to just completely focus on having a good time, dancing and shit. I feel like most people are uncomfortable being out alone so when they see a guy by himself just letting loose and enjoying himself, they WANT to talk/dance/hang with you because you already proved to everyone you're a bold SOB by just being alone

What if there is a boyfriend who can kick my ass go take a month of kicboxing classes or wrestling classes and the chances of finding someone who can kick your ass gets very low

Relax dude, if you go in there desperate for pussy, girls, college girls especially, will smell that from a mile away, just go in, not expecting to get some, but expecting to just enjoy yourself and you'll do much better. Just be nice, confident, and silly and you'll do great, girls love guys who dont take themselves too seriously, which you are doing too much right now

Listen, its pretty damn hard to actually BE creepy, it takes a pretty big lack in social skills that most people on this sub, just pick up from reading FRs and advice posts. Basically, dont do weird shit like staring at girls, following them around, ect. For in the club, dont be that weird lone guy in the corner eyeing every girl up, dont say creepy shit, dont be rapey (I dont know a better way to describe it lol), basically... just dont be a creep lmao

I don't feel comfortable in crowded places, I have social anxiety. There are 101 guides on here to overcome S.A., don't let that be an excuse I don't drink You don't have to I can't talk extremely loud the majority of communication in clubs is non verbal, kino and eye contact trump talking 9 times out of 10 I'm not looking for one stands, I'm looking for long term fuck buddies So you take a girl home, fuck her, get her number, call her the next weekend, and boom, you now have a fuck buddy. You'r…

If you're so popular and have so many friends, why are you hanging with the ones who tease you over something as stupid as being a virgin? Listen, Im not trying to kick you while you feel down, but if you refuse to admit your shortcomings or insecurities, theres not much people can do to help you

I checked the second, tell me if theres anything ground breaking in 1 or 3 but all I'm seeing is women objectively prefer a taller man. That goes for ever human being on earth, we like tall people. I prefer tall girls, girls prefer taller guys. That just the science, and sure, you're correct if you want to take all other factors aside, Tall people > Short people. Is that what you wanted to hear?
/r/seduction31/08/16 09:19 PM

Okay but this takes personality out of the equation. If theres a short guy with overwhelming confidence and great charisma, he'll without a doubt do better than a tall handsome guy whos an awkward pussy

I always feared talking to attractive girls until I saw a super helpful post, I cant find it on the spot but this was the gist: The absolute worst you can do when approaching a girl on the street is be forgotten, and its egotistical to think that she'd be thinking about you (bad or good) if she doesnt seem interested. When you go to the store and those people out front ask for a donation, if you say no, do you go about your business or do you spend all day thinking "how dare those strangers spea…

Nope, some people are unfixable and thats how you have to leave it. Sounds like you did your damn best to make her happy and help her, and if she couldnt respect that or at least be up front with you, then fuck her. Shes no better than you, and deserves no more, you put effort into the relationship and she didnt, her fault through and through. Hang in there my man

Just get comfortable with non verbal communication, its easy to make eye contact when you're having a conversation because the eye contact is secondary, but it takes a whole lot more confidence to make eye contact without conversation to fall back on. I'd probably just say, as uncomfortable as it may seem, just keep on working at it, eventually you'll see that best case scenario, you bring a smile to not only you, but the other persons face and worst case scenario, you're forgotten about in unde…

some people just don't respond and it makes me mad but fuck it I'll keep at it Alot of times it just startles people. We're all so used to avoiding intimacy with strangers, and direct eye contact and a "hello" is often alot more intimate than people like to get with a stranger, dont take it as an insult, take it as that person just being a little behind you in terms of openness and self awareness

Question: When you make eye contact, are you showing some sort of emotion? Cracking a little smile? Nodding your head? Saying "hi"? Or are you just staring at them like they have a pimple on their forehead?

Not OP but I was in a similar situation as you before. What I did to ditch the habit of worshipping 9s and 10s and obsessing over sex was just become comfortable with myself completely. You need to look at yourself, your personality, find what you may or may not be insecure about, and fix it. For me, I viewed sex and getting girls as a sort of confirmation of my manhood. Ridiculous right? So instead, I took up martial arts (boxing, wrestling, ect.) to boost my self confidence and poof, problem s…

When I was a senior in HS, I had a crush on this girl (she was about a 4 but I was young and naive) and she just so happened to fall head over heels in love with one of my good friends and they ended up dating and fucking like rabbits. Now, he didnt really know I liked her, wasnt his fault and at first it bothered me alot and I felt the same way you do, but 3 years later, im still friends with my boy, the girl is long gone out of the picture, and looking back, I hysterically laugh at myself for …

I feel like a neutral, yet flirty response that probably could've flown would be something along the lines of "I don't know, you'd just have to find out ;)"

First off, something I've learned is that theres a very low chance you'll look stupid if you just cut loose and do your damn best to not give a fuck. Everyone in the building is drunk, you all look a little dumb, its the guys who try to front or look "cool" that end up looking silly. Also, you said it yourself man, most of the girls in clubs and bars are on their own, my friend would always tell me it's just a mindset, not seeing other guys around girls as obstacles or reasons to not approach, b…

You I was the same way, for me, for a solid month, I forced myself to A) make eye contact with EVERYONE who walked by me (sure 90% of people look away, but the other 10% will either come introduce themselves or you'll be able to introduce YOURSELF. B) Introduce myself to everyone who sits next to me, whether its asking what drink to order, or just asking for the time, I tried to talk to as many people as possible. If you're the guy who everyones nodding their head at or high fiving as you walk a…

For real, all you have to do to make a friend at a bar is introduce yourself
/r/seduction28/08/16 06:40 AM

UI'd suggest drinking until you dont feel awkward, because you arent. In my experience, girls wanna get with confident guys who love to have fun, if you go to the bar just looking to dance and enjoy yourself, you'll probably end up witn more girls than the guy walking in, thirsty for pussy. Dance with as many girls as you can. Introduce yourself to as many guys as you can, and you'd be surprised how much more attractive that makes you to girls, because they want what they cant have, if you get "…

No, SHE failed the relationship, with all due respect, If a girl isn't completely down with you, or doesnt clearly express you're just FWB, she doesnt deserve you
/r/seduction28/08/16 06:32 AM

Its all in your confidence. You think you arent good enough without doing yourself up and whatever you would do. The biggest mistake is to put a girl on a pedastal. Now, by that I dont mean look at them as if they're less than you, but look at them as if they're equal to you and nothing more. Its a weird concept to grasp but once you get used never valuing others over yourself, it'll start to feel natural

I slammed my drink back grabbed her hand, looked him dead in the eyes and said "yeah I'm the reason." Patted him on the shoulder and took her to the dance floor. We start dancing and making out on the dance floor. I glance over and he's just sitting at the bar by himself SAVAGE AF
