"How can that be true? It's no worse than the flu!" I hate these people, luckily there's fewer of them here in Canada.

Am I the only one so fed up with this that I feel they need to be treated as a legitimate danger to those around them? Start slapping then with serious crimes. A fine isn't enough, jail time. When they resist arrest treat it as resisting with a deadly weapon. Taze the bitch. They are hurting the entire species.

There's other, more satisfying, ways to kill than a gun.

Stupid app. I had responded to the post. Saw, thought oh I somehow messed up. Copied it, deleted the post and made sure I clicked respond to you. If it posted as a post response, the second time that's an app issue then. Probably the first time as well. I recently bought a bushel of apples. Thinking honey apple cake, with cinnamon. Maybe some vanilla as well.

Lol. I don't do that, especially on my cake day. I'm more of a "make funny or informative (sometimes, but rarely, both) kind of person" for my karma. It's 1:57 am here, so maybe I'll make a cake today.

Yes, yes you were. Posting to you is what had me realize it was my cake day. Thanks.

I'm hoping to be kept up to date with this conversation. I want to see how they dispute the facts you just presented. Edit: oh gawd, it's my cake day. First post of a new year on reddit.

Cut way too short. She gets a face full of pepper foam spray and keeps on trucking. She's got to be on drugs.

Jalapeños don't irritate my skin. Not even my lips. But I get the gist of what you mean, cause spicier peppers do. I suggest trying it with a habanero, pepper spray is still stronger.

I'm not defending the gender. And how I read it was she sat on his lap facing away from him and flashed the group. Rather than being harsher on both genders I argue apply the same leniency on each gender. Equal does mean equal, but I'd also say to meet in the middle. Those who have been getting a pass, for WHATEVER reason (gender, wealth, fame, etc), should get punished more and this who have been getting the brunt end it all meets in the middle. Less severe punishments for those getting the bru…

It's poorly worded, sure. But it doesn't say the person being penetrated is the one being raped.

strad·dle /ˈstradl/ verb sit or stand with one leg on either side of. The one leg in either side is what makes it different from just sitting. It is not just simply sitting., or standing. If she had been straddling her student it would have been mentioned.

First off straddling is different from sitting on a lap. They're very different positions. Second, it was a flash. Which is more about being cheeky. Like mooning someone. She didn't lift her shirt and fondle her boobs or lock them. Inappropriate? yes. Overtly sexual? No

After a mental evaluation. She may be unhinged, and as such need mental help. I'm not saying it excuses her actions, but it does take some of the blame.

Probably. But I was thinking maybe she comes from money and he alerted the paparazzi.

If I try to stab you and miss, it's still an assault and attempt. If I spit on you, even if you don't get sick, it's still an attempt and assault.

I agree it's wrong. Maybe I didn't word my message correctly. I'm just saying it's not genitalia, or necessarily sexual. Not that it wasn't inappropriate.

I think it would go to court. But I don't think he would actually get charged.

Sorry, I meant more if you have a cut on the inside of your mouth. Or horked up phlegm (which causes micro tears in the throat ALWAYS, which would add trace amount of blood), not strictly saliva from the saliva glands. Spit is often made up of more than just saliva. Also with how peoples oral hygiene is there often cuts, bleeding gums and many other issues of open wounds in the mouth. I meant that HIV survives in the spit long enough to be transferred.

Drugging a person without their consent can effectively kill them. You don't know the person's medical history, or medications they are on. Drugs interact with other drugs in often extreme ways. Seeing as she never stuck around I'd be surprised if none of her victims ended up in the hospital. Or worse, the morgue. Rape is bad sure, I agree it's deplorable. But drugging a person without consent is almost as bad. Just the act of drugging a person without consent. Since Cosby did both his sentence …

No, drugging a person against their consent is.

No, but hepatitis can be transmitted through spit. So can HIV, which often causes aids.

Yes, you can crack a skull that way. Not to mention it's still a gun.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/11/20 09:42 AM

No because the police need to react as if it was a deadly weapon. They have no way of knowing beforehand. And say the person thought they had something contagious, then that's intent whether they did or not. No spit is assault with a deadly weapon. As it should be.

Fair, just like a man shouldn't take his shirt off in front of students. But as the laws in many European countries (including the one this incident happened in) and in Canada (maybe other countries a well) states a woman can walk around topless just as a man can. A female chest is no more sexual than a man's. We only feel that way because it's often covered up and considered taboo.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/11/20 09:33 AM

Not for his chest. In Canada women can walk topless, just like men. Same with in many European countries. Compare chest to chest. Sure I still think there'd be a deeper investigation had this been a man. But that's about it.

Same with Canada. Though imagine a male teacher, got drunk, sat on his students lap or had one sit on his and he took his shirt off. He'd still be looking at sexual harassment charges.

You mean like this? https://www.google.ca/amp/s/meaww.com/amp/surviving-cardi-b-first-male-victim-speaks-out-drugged-robbed-singer-online-post-kevin-smith He doesn't want to press charges, but at this point the police are now aware a serious crime was committed (drugging a person) and are not pursuing it. Drugging a person is a crime whether Smith wishes to press charges or not. Theft is about possessions, so is Smith doesn't want to press she won't be charged on counts of theft.

Both are drugging against the will and taking advantage. I get that rape is deplorable. But what Cardi B did was almost as bad. So close I'd say it deserves the same punishment with just a few less years. Both would still be in prison for more than 25 years, easy.

I don't know. In most year, sure. But this year?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
