First gotta say thanks for bringing more to the discussion than, but my government is here to save me. Cost of circumcision cant be but a marginal % of the actual bottom line when giving birth. (If someone has proof of the % that would be awesome to know) So this issue can start being addressed without even putting any strain on the bottom line. Once you get into the profits of the medical industry you are then getting into the territory of trying to separate government from the industry.
