Can't really do much about a racist asshole. Trying to understand one would be impossible if you're not one yourself. They don't think the way level rational headed people do.

I think after 48 hours you can go ahead with your dark thoughts but let the man have some time to recover from this debacle! Another thing you can work on - silver linings and a glass half full :)

Conversations while shopping, groceries stores. Drop something beside a guy, clean cut, well groomed and start a convo, then start vetting.

Start working on trusting your man at his word. Don't feed your insecurities onto him. He sounds like he's very affirmative in his decision making, put faith in that.

Hey hun! I'm glad you came here, I think I remember recommending you come to this sub as well on your r/relationships post from the other day. I appreciate the open mind! Comments can come across harsh here but I promise the women here are only looking out for your best interests! On the upside, you know you need to work on those sensitive emotions so they don't cloud your thinking. A little self improvement you can start working on while moving forward.

Just because they're good looking and doctors doesn't mean they're high value men.

I go with the usual "thanks but I'll pass" They'll get used to you saying no. I sometimes say "I'm on a new medication so don't want to risk it" if they get too pushy. I sometimes go order the drinks too and make one shot water or something so they still think I'm partying (boyfriend assures me this is weirdly over cautious and I'm inclined to agree) My boyfriend's friends are this way too, lovely guys just love to get wavy. I'm good with a beer or two. I say I drink once a week or twice dependi…

Don't forget the cherries with the pineapple upside down! I also like chopping up some marashinos too and adding them into the batter. It's a really simple one, hard to screw it up so I'm sure you'll love it! Sometimes I also cut and layer it with a section of cream cheese frosting too, since you said he has a wicked sweet tooth (like myself) might be something to consider :). Since you mention you have fruit trees, when the time comes consider an angel food cake!

That's not red pill. May want to remind her of the definition. It's about looking at life from a hard but REALISTIC point of view. That means making tough decisions, vetting men PROPERLY. She's doing none of this. She doesn't want a RP. She want's a movie marriage. If she's SERIOUS about being a RP woman, print her off the definitions list or something before she hamsters her way into being a plate. He is also not a true RP man, no RP would be this wishy-washy. A man will take what he wants and …

Probably because criminals tend to have assertive/dominant personalities, women are naturally drawn to men like that. But all in all those women along with their men are LQ.

A man who tears down his woman's confidence by saying she's not his physical ideal, doesn't deserve a HB10 with a piss-poor mentality like that.

I just kept my hand on the back of my cousin's neck during our uncle's funeral. He's not a very hand-on person but he needed silence and just to feel someone was there with him. Most of our family just avoided touching him tbh assuming he wouldn't be okay with it (I'm his annoying cousin tho so I do what I want). He hugged me afterwards and thanked me for it. Just listening and reading someone can help you figure out what they need. Holding his hand, or keeping a hand on his thigh is a helpful a…

My uncle killed himself a few months ago. I still cry sometimes. Just be there, let him talk, collect any photos/videos you can for him. Up the housewife duties so he has zero stress and keep him hydrated! Be near him as much as humanly possible. Only time heals wounds like this unfortunately. My step-mom helped my dad (it was his brother, him and his youngest sister (11 kids in the family) were the ones who found him) by dealing with his other siblings asking questions. She answered them for hi…

I want to agree with this but unfortunately my boyfriend loves to hear about all the random things I have to say. It’s less about him and more about others. He will tell me when I’m talking too much so our communication is amazing. He actually gets frustrated if I don’t talk enough because he’s so used to my verbal speed. I will however be using that “well maybe it’s because I don’t have a dick in my mouth line” I know we’ll both love that one for sure! I don’t interrupt anyone’s story, that’s r…

I actually do have a magnesium deficiency. Obv not the only cause but I'll bring it up with my doctor next time anyways. I think youtube channel is where I'm going to go. I already have a budding channel that's as of right now, only has my hands showing and a voice over. I want to feature my face so that may actually be a good outlet to let all my rambles out. Fairly good Instagram following so I know I have a niche that works. I think you're right. I only see my boyfriend outside of work becaus…

That's such a great one thank you. I hate how embarrassed of myself I am after these moments. Dignity, that hits deep. Thank you!

Ohh that'll be a good test of skill for me, thank you I'll start doing that! It'll freak my friends out haha but hopefully it'll help me

The older part is just him replying to your comment stating your age. However, he wanted to assure you I believe that you're still as fit as an 18 year old. Telecommunication. It's a great compliment.

That's what I'm working towards but it's only been a few months. I'm sure it'll come in time, just wish it came naturally.

PC culture... I shudder at the notion. I feel you. Pursing my lips is something I actually haven't tried so maybe that concious movement will help. Do not offer anything if you are not asked and if you are asked for an opinion or explanation about something, keep it as short and closed as you can. Good, yes, noted.

I'm good about PC culture and keeping topics clean in most settings (excluding trying to make friends, but I have some good friends so I just gave up on that). I just ramble, like nobody wants to hear about my Snake Plant for 15 minutes. I don't even want to hear about my snake plant for 15 minutes, but here I am, talking about the stupid snake plant for 15 minutes. Then when conflicts arise I'm not good at seperating "this is what your problem is" and "pleasing others". It's like I try to expla…

I think, even though English is my native tongue, "learning to translate myself" sticks out to me in a way. I just need to find a better way to express my thoughts, translate this fast-paced overly shared language I'm using to a slower more thought out version. I'll try counting to 3 before responding. Hopefully that'll help. Yes, I'm consciously trying to change my speed/amount but I still struggle losing that consciousness as I'm speaking. I think it really comes down to better self-discipline…
