3	I (26M) had a heart attack and no one cared. Not sure what to do now? Hey man, fuck those guys. Don't ever try contacting them again unless they initiate first. Even then you have to stand your ground and let them know how fucked up it was what they did and that you are disappointed. Just work on yourself, learn to say no for your own mental wellbeing and never lower your standards. Be the best version you can be and then instead of caring what others think they will care about what you think of them.
