I don't think I'd mention something specific from one of her pictures because it makes it obvious you've been stalking her profile. Just say "you seem cool get to know me" or something to that effect. Show general interest, nothing specific.

I've had a little bit of success on there. I always just say "Hey you seem really cool! And cute, you should get to know me 😎." Actually works pretty well usually. I'm a pretty attractive guy though so results may vary.
