You already have a good foundation. My recommendation is to have a 'next step'. An environment that can lead to upping the ante without being a blatant pass. A goto for me is rock climbing, it's a group sport with plenty of downtime and chances for good banter. It's also an environment that I'm comfortable and confident in, but is likely fresh and exciting to anyone I bring. On top of all that, it's a pressure free invite to a fun activity that's easy to learn. It's physical and high energy, get…

Confidence is key. If you're a party person and feel at home in that environment you can make yourself the life of the party. Having hobbies does give you wonderful conversation starters. Often though, they provide you with an environment that you have confidence moving in and can share with other people. I rock climb, and I make a point of constantly inviting people to come climbing with me. I got talking with a guy at the gym I work at the other day who is working towards being a fireman. I'm …

The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference. I had something similar happen. First you get over your shit and accept the fact that she likely couldn't give a rats ass about a relationship with you in the long run and you'll gain nothing by pursuing her. After, you just act polite but don't engage beyond a nod or a wave unless she initiates. A semester after that all went down I drove past her walking down the street with another guy. In the back of your head you get those blue pill though…

Fail. It could work if you have a banter-buddy vibe going on with them previously. I've known a few girls that liked to trade shit-talk back and forth like one of the guys. In that case brutal honesty can be banter. Otherwise it's just awkward.

Build friendships with better people. A friendship with a narcissist is a one way street. Good friends are rare gems. When you find one, make an effort not to fuck it up.

Girls play games. If someone isn't respecting your time and positive life choices that's a problem with them. There are always more fish in the sea; throw back the shark and bait your hook for something tasty. A good LTR has communication, attraction, and respect. These can be disregarded for a quick lay, but if you're really looking for the LTR/GF relationship you can't just latch on to the first option you find. My current LTR is just as turned on by me as I am by her, even after 8 months. She…

Exactly. If I'm going to an event or activity I'll often send an invite, but my enjoyment isn't contingent on whether or not they show up. For sex meet ups though, if you already have an established sexual status, simply let them initiate the meetings. If she initiates, it takes all the guesswork out for you.

I took a girl climbing one time, was doing an overhung cave boulder. I made a comment about liking being upside-down. She responded with "That almost sounded kinky." This shit writes itself given the opportunity.

All good on your end man. The 'let's try again in the morning' came across without sounding needy and whisky dick is nothing to get worked up over. Blowing it off simply showed self confidence rather than the insecurity of focusing on it. Having no problems in the morning simply justified your earlier confidence. As for the trying to meet later, if she liked what you gave her she'll let you know when she's free without you having to ask, just wait a little bit. If you want to set up meeting for …

Environment. What opportunities to liven things up can naturally occur over pasta at olive garden? Bars, dance clubs, events, concerts, and physical activities like hiking or climbing can all provide lots of interesting opportunities for banter and high feels fun. 'Conversation' as an activity is rather lackluster compared with a fun activity interspersed with occasional pithy banter, made all the more impactful as you don't have to be constantly searching for something good to say. I often like…

Notice your wording in this post, it's a very telling story; "I just couldn't stop looking at her." "I try to interact with Sarah as much as possible." "I even offered my help" and follow to her reaction; "Tried to get her snapchat" - "said she doesn't use it anymore" "offered my help" - she refuses with an excuse You come off as desperate and immediately over invest in the interactions at the slightest sign of attention. You very clearly give a fuck, but lack the confidence to do anything…

Girl #1 sounds like a plate. A good fuck and not much else besides the length of time you've been together. Sunk cost fallacy in action. Girl #2 sounds more complex. At first glance, she seems like a far better option. Shared interests, goals, and compatible personalities. The problem with girl #2 comes with boundaries and relationship dynamics. It's far too easy to get sucked into the allure of a 'unicorn relationship' and forget the RP basis behind relationship interactions. It would be very e…

Resting bitch face is boredom. A lack of excitement. Chances are she's on her phone, swiping through conversations or fluff articles. If that was a guy, would you feel offended at his boredom or obligated to do something about it? If you walk up to a 6'5 jacked looking mean motherfucker and are immediately intimidated without him doing jack shit, you're in his frame. If a girl has an ugly look on her face and you take that to mean you have personally offended her and that she has a problem with …

It's a cardinal rule here that you think as you will and act like others while in a public space. RP is a personal philosophy not a political party, although one does affect views on the other. I'm here for personal growth and if all that literary vomit doesn't contribute I am out of there.

You just answered your own question. Resting bitch face is her way of saying she isn't getting tingles at that moment. It can scare away the easily intimidated. Ignore it. It isn't your problem. If her perception of you shows you being intimidated by her, why on earth would she have respect for you as a man.

It depends where the problem lies. Are you confident enough to pull off a line you think of? Can you think of a good line in the first place? I enjoy listening to stand up comedy. Situational and anecdotal comedy can be useful here as well. My personal recommendations include George Carlin, Bill Engvall (The 'Here's your sign' skit especially), Robin Williams, and other fast paced comedians that frequently take audience queues or incorporate improvisation into their acts. There's a fine line bet…

Rather than asking her specifically to meet you, I often find it works well to invite her to something you are already doing. If I'm going to an event on a friday night, you can send an invite. If she chooses to show up, great have a good time. If she flakes, you were going to be doing that anyway. That said if she really is into you, SHE will make time for you.

Can't believe nobody has mentioned this yet. Go watch old James Bond movies. Start with "Dr. No" and work your way forward. Sean Connery has charisma in spades.

Correction, tea has caffeine but it depends on the tea and most black tea has anywhere from 30-60mg. Although it varies person to person, I find that the caffeine in tea comes on slower and is far less harsh than coffee. If it's difficult to quit cold turkey, I would recommend English Breakfast or Irish breakfast tea in the morning and Earl Grey in the afternoon.

Sometimes it happens. If you wrap it up, which is always a good idea, it can be even more of an issue. There really isn't a need to justify not finishing to a girl. In my experience, if anything they work harder to get you off the next time. If it's a problem for you that you didn't finish but it wasn't an issue with her then you just have some shit you need to sort out on your own.

Therapists exist on a wide scale. The feminist fresh out of grad school with a newly minted degree. The personal trainer that will push you to exceed your limits. Your tough as nails grandfather with some sage advice and lots of life experience. It's all therapy one way or another. In my personal experience, men, especially young men dealing with emotional issues, often need mentorship rather than therapy.

Money is a means to an end. Time and the way you spend it is the currency of life. Money allows you the freedom to choose how you spend your time. Everyone is different and to each their own goals. If you're happy teaching, hiking, biking, painting, and all those other things you enjoy doing then don't let anyone tell you it isn't worth it. What I think about your hobbies and how you live your life is irrelevant. You have an idealized version of what a 'chad' is and it's on a pedestal right next…

You really have to experience the dichotomy, beat yourself over the head with it before it sinks in properly. A study partner I'd met a few times before blew me on my couch with my roommate sleeping in the other room. She swallowed and didn't say a thing about it. My current LTR is the perfect stereotype of a christian churchgoing Good GirlTM. From meeting to fucking in barely over a week. Fuck 'atmosphere' and setting the tone and all that BS. We fucked last weekend with The Room playing in the…

My goto for day to day meals for a while now has been a pokè bowl style rice dish with any combination of meat, beans, and fresh or stir fried veggies. As with many things, the ability to make good tasting food is just as important as the ability to work with confidence. Steaks are great date night food, but simply cooking from recipes enough to know how to improvise gives you a massive leg up in flexibility. This is especially important if you're in a LTR or seeing a girl repeatedly. Knowing a …

I overviewed what led me to where I am and how I'm getting to a place where my goals are being achieved. I prefer to eschew more specific descriptions of individual successes in favor of a summary. This is in the hope that people will take away the important ideas, rather than trying to find a trick or technique for success. Everyone has to hit their stride and get some genuine confidence.

Have a 'THING'. If your thing is baseball, hockey, rock climbing, driving, hiking, or catching parrots in the wild. Have one. Get a bunch of experience, become the person that invites others to do this activity. Become the provider of the experience. Guys bond over this shit, and when you feel comfortable within an environment that they have recently been introduced to it automatically places them within your frame. I climb and run an automotive club. I am known for being someone to seek out if …

If you take a look at r/theredpill there are some in depth discussions on this. I posit that an emotionally healthy version of yourself is one that focuses on self improvement, physically and mentally. When you are completely at peace with where you are in your own journey, women come as a matter of course, almost an afterthought to the life you create.

I have a black MR2 Spyder. Fucking kills. Drives like heaven and gets mistaken for a Porsche. Paid $5k and couldn't be happier.
