I think it's two things: Some people are indeed more likable and charming than others. They are able to make other people they're interested in feel so good that it's easy for them to find a relationship. This is just reality and that's ok. Trust in others. Some people just find it easier to trust other people. It doesn't take long for that type of person to jump into a relationship after a short period of time.

For right now, I'd recommend setting up a strict routine and learn something online. Wake up at the same time every day, lock yourself in your room and learn something for eight hours a day. I think positive changes for everyone involved, including women. Advanced robots will satisfy guys who would have otherwise approached a woman who doesn't want to be approached (which is most women). For those men that do approach, women can feel more sure that he is less likely approaching them solely for sex. Less divorces and broken homes with this technology will also be a result. Men/women will be able to focus more on their careers and advances will happen faster. It's a win-win !

Good. I also forgot to mention a major headache when it comes to home ownership: Something is always breaking no matter how new your house is. One week it's the stucco breaking off the house. The next week the water water goes out. And the week after that the toilet clogs up. It's always something and you will lose money. My housemate straight up told me the other day "I hate this house" lol.
