Actually, this was the most concise and well-rounded response to my question. It was a good conclusion to everyone else's reply. I will save this comment and come back to it cause. You've broken the components down well, and I'll try to start incorporating them. Just remember, some days will be awesome, some days will suck, but the vast majority of days will be alright. You don't even need to spend money just be around people who are doing random things or things that interest you and talk to lo…

Jury's still out for me on OKC. I think I prefer to learn how to game face-to-face.

I've actually never done this. I don't know why, but it makes me nervous. But damnit, next time I pick-up some groceries--I'm doing it.

Go out every single night, even if it's just 20 minutes- do it. Kind of like the 99% flossing idea. I started your idea tonight. Went out a networking event! It actually got me in a better mood!

Lately I've been trying to internalize something I read on here: the fun starts when you open your mouth. It just translates into talking to everyone, and I can confidently say nothing negative has resulted.

Guys, you'll be happy to know that I went out to a cocktail/networking event. Got to socialize, as opposed to paying bills and staying in, and I made two approaches. It went alright.

Amen. Not to get all negative, but in my case it will be a while for me, at least until I knock a dent in my student loans. Why didn't I understand what I was getting into!? On a better note, a lot of these replies actually give some good advice on optimizing what little time we have available. We can drown our sorrows in a sea of pussy! ...eventually!

Very interesting vid. There was a lot in there I've never picked up on. I'll be looking for them more often. Do any of you guys look for these signals, and do you react to them? I mean, the obvious one is the approach signal, but as for the other ones, like opening the neck or preening, do you use them as a benchmark to move into seduction? As in, that's three hair flips and a neck opening: "she's want it!" I'd be interested to hear how much consideration you guys give to a girl's body language.

All good stuff. These are some good rudiments I can start applying when I'm out. Thanks!

You sound like you subconsciously fear learning, because you're this educated, rich, good-looking guy who cannot risk his reputation looking stupid learning something you're not good at yet. You hit the nail on the head, man. I think I am subconsciously afraid of being "The Seducer" because it'll make me a creeper. Or, that I might fail. I know that I've never tried this approach. I've never been this ballsy. I'm just the friendly dude who can chat. And, in the back of my mind, I know that I'm n…

I like your ideas. Just imagining myself being that more forward makes me nervous, so that means you're onto something. I'll make it my goal for the weekend and do a FR about it.

Thanks for the reply, and no worries on considering your response as a "flame". I wanted an outsider's perspective. I did have a hard time writing the positive qualities about myself because I knew they might come across as arrogant. I mentioned them because they make me feel like I should not complain. I don't think they're awesome characteristics. They just help in my interactions. I think some of my life experiences make me very different from any other yuppie asshole. And, to be fair, I didn…

You're right. It does warrant some FRs. Rock bottom was when I was at a club on Saturday. I talked to some girl, chit-chatted a little, allowed for the conversation to go stagnant, and then I aborted. Sorta said "nice to meet you". Felt kinda stupid. After that interaction, I went to restroom to take a piss, and on the way in, a group of of 8s and 9s are walking out, and an Asian dude approaches them and crashes badly. I listened to the approach, and I watched the whole thing go down. I didn't e…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
