3	Crying is healthy if you need to do it. Don’t feel ashamed for it. That's what happens when a patriarchal society dictates that men are not allowed to cry. Patriarchy hurts men, it dictates that in order to be a 'man' one must never show emotion. Men are oppressed by patriarchy too.
