Yeah, this was pre-RP. It was actually this breakup that lead me to it, so it was a blessing in disguise.

Absolutely this. She pulled back emotionally and drastically enough to raise a red flag when I threw my back out and then a few months later I lost my job and she dumped me, conveniently after she already had a rebound and safety net in place. And in general conversation not a few weeks later she slips in a dig about how she’s "out of my league." Less than 2 years later she married that guy and I own my own home. If situations had been even slightly different I could've lost my house and everyth…

My grandfather was more of a father to me than my alcoholic, abusive dad. He instilled a tough work ethic in me; dragging me out of bed at dawn to stack wood until noon and then landscaping until dinner. He almost died in a naval hospital in WWII and lost one of his balls in the process so it's a miracle I'm even here at all. He was a firefighter, railroad lineman, chairman of the local water and light department, and even as an old man had women everywhere we went wrapped around his finger. He …

Yup, exactly. I used to be told "I love you; I need you." In my last real relationship (BP days) and then I got injured and lost my job. Two months later she jumps ship after 4 years and less than a year later is engaged.

I do my best to subside on meat and vegetables. I feel so much better not being bogged down with carbs. But much like TRP I keep my eating habits to myself because everyone loves to jump at the chance to say how horrible your diet is and how you should be doing the exact opposite... I have a soft spot for craft beer though so I learned to make my own a few years back which helped cut my intake and made me truly passionate about learning the craft. I am looking into the logistics and legal proces…

Guess I'm ahead in this one. I used to game for hours and hours in high school but once I got to college my desire began to wane. Now, while I still have many games and systems I just don't play. I'll fire one up, go for maybe 15 or 20 minutes and get bored. So I stop. And then not play at all for another 6 weeks.

Go out drinking or clubbing like any other day and tell them your observations of the room. I called so many things ahead of time to a few friends they thought I was pulling a prank on them.

This is depressing yet cathartic; like watching myself grow up and make all the wrong choices. Now here I am; facing down 30 and only just realizing in the last 6 months the shit I've been doing wrong the last 30 years.

Well, that's one way of getting in a "fat bomb" for the day if you need to balance out your macros. I have texture issues with most fats so I tend to saute' my meat and veggies in butter and, once finished, add in some heavy cream and seasoning to make a bitchin' pan gravy.

This past weekend I was feeling pent up and, for some reason, tried to turn a 3 into a 9 through alcohol. Good Guy Dick saw through the lies and refused to perform. Thanks GGD! That's nothing I need at this point!

For most naturally-large individuals weight loss is 95% diet. I've lost 36lbs since January 1st following a ketogenic diet (/r/keto for more info) and the majority of my exercise is walking the halls of the hotel I work at and playing guitar in my band.

I wish Sasso could find more work. He was / is a great physical actor who refused to fall into the "fat funny man" actor trap that claimed so many before him. They actually had a MadTV skit with cast members bitching at him because he wasn't funny since he wasn't fat anymore and they showed him running all around the building eating everything he could find until he busted out on stage with a fake belly showing he was a fat, funny guy again. But seriously, good on him for manning up and taking c…

I'm actually averaging around 1,400 calories a day and following a ketogenic diet. And anyone that hates on my success just makes me smile because I know deep down it makes them insecure. Let them go home and eat a pint of Ben & Jerry's; I'll stick to a fresh steak and grilled asparagus.

Yeah, Carlin was more an orator than "comedian." He spoke the truth and didn't care whether you laughed, cried, or hurled.

Huh... TIL. I don't pay that much attention. I just know a land-whale I went to college with that used his comedy as a total means to justify her utter fatness.

You treated her like a stern father figure who didn't completely buy into her bullshit and then told her no. Of course she fell in love with you. In my experience it's always the ones I have no interest in, that I treat like one of the guys, that end up falling for me, time and time again.

The increase in SMV is already incredibly noticeable and motivation enough to stay on the right course. And I'm stepping it up even more starting Wednesday for Lent (as a personal challenge; not for religious reasons) so come summer I should be at or past the halfway point on my journey.

Fuckin' Gabriel Iglesias and that "fluffy" shit. If you're content to be a fat motherfucker than just say it, but if you "claim" to be okay with being a land whale then don't sugar-coat it with alternate terminology. I'm a fat fuck who has lost 36lbs since officially swallowing TRP on January 1st. I've never been happy to be a fat fuck but goddamn it I'm not making excuses. My "ideal" weight is 185 (6', currently 260) so I've still got a long road ahead of me but I'm going to make it to the othe…

But what is a "trick" or an "illusion" but taking advantage of how people naturally act and interact to produce a desired result? A result that high-value women are already looking for. Show a card trick to someone who refuses to see the "magic" in it and they'll look at you cross-armed and say how it's obviously a trick and that you actually palmed the card. No shit. We don't perform for these people. We perform for the awestruck women who are sick of being told how the magic tricks work and ju…

I tried explaining TRP to my roommate and even handed him my phone to browse the sidebar and all he had to say to me is "Well... since you were broken up with (before I swallowed TRP) I'm not inclined to believe you because I think you're just angry with women." Since then he's been bringing home post-wall land whales (pretty much every combination of bad things) from the bar and can't fathom why 8-10's are clamoring for my attention; which I'm disregarding right now because I'm spending my ener…

I was at a random party two nights ago hosted by a casual acquaintance from college and it was full of this type of people; mostly unattractive "nerds" that bragged about their multiple relationships, the fact they're burlesque dancers (although most of them I would never want to see outside of a brown burlap sack) and all-around insecure; the weird kids who hung out in the same, small incestuous anime club style groups in high school. There was one girl there who was a solid 9 (before I started…

This is so satisfying! She describes her boyfriend as a puppy dog beta and decides to fuck around because she doesn't think he'll be able to get any. And she doesn't want to man up and leave him because this way she doesn't have to worry about paying to store her shit for three months while he pays all the bills. I only wish that what the neighbor thinks is one girl is actually multiple plates. She could've had her boring, beta, "homebody" but she wanted to have her cake and spin some plates. No…

Exactly. I found TRP after I posted about six months of forced celibacy in the /r/deadbedrooms subreddit (saddest fucking fucks on the planet). She eventually dumped me and moved in with her "co-worker" who she now shares a bedroom / bed with in a two-bedroom apartment. I manned up after New Years and haven't looked back since. Spinning 3 plates with a 4th showing significant interest. Looking back now I can't believe how duped I was. Denial is a helluva drug...

While it works really well for anyone that actually follows the rules, it statistically is more effective and maintainable for larger individuals like us. Check out /r/keto and /r/theketodiet which are two great communities. http://www.cavemanketo.com is an amazing source for recipes and even a 7-day meal plan to help get you started and make the transition. Best of luck to you and keep up the good work!

I second keto. My first go-around I went from 295 to 215 in 6 months and really amped up my lifting. Chicks dug it but I was still too much of a shy beta to take advantage. Here I am a decade later starting pretty much from scratch while I learn about Red Pill at the same time. I started this year back up at 289 and as of last weigh-in was down to 272; not bad since I've only been rolling since New Years!

Was drunk a few weeks ago while out at the bar with my best friend / roommate and tried explaining the finer points of TRP to him. His response was basically "I'd take you a little more seriously if you hadn't been broken up with recently (pre-RP) but it just seems like angsty woman-hating to me." As someone who tries to work on his "game" and "seduction techniques" I expected him to be more open to it. He's also got a track record for humping anything that says "yes" which includes an insane pr…

I'm staring down 30 and just got dumped from a dead-bedroom relationship that was staring down marriage. While it's still fresh I've been seeing more and more these last few months that it's probably the best thing that could've happened to me. I discovered TRP and have been working my best to better myself but I've had this lingering fear in the back of my head that my best days are behind me. This is showing me that I haven't even begun to see what the best days are. Thanks for sharing!

I would rather eat the food prepared by a chef than a food critic. I would rather the pilot fly me to my destination than the guy that programmed google maps. I went to Europe in 2005 and the entire time I was there I did not connect once. I was just too busy sight-seeing and performing. My then-GF was back in the states and we didn't talk the entire time. Granted though she DID know I was gone and didn't expect to hear from me. And this is an older article and with all the e-mail correspondence I'd imagine it was before the days of prevalent social media so in that regard I don't see it out of the realm of possibility.
