This would be great. I think it was Aristotle who basically said that the problem with democracy is that most people are idiots. Myself included.

How else do we produce competent and educated people? The US really needs to improve their education system , but why abolish it entirely?

No, its BS. There's been numerous scientific studies on horoscopes. Richard Dawkins I think, has a documentary about it. Same conclusion. And yes, it is pseudoscience. That somehow the arrangement of objects millions of miles away, on the time of your birth has anything to do with your personality is absurd.

I don't smoke regularly. But when I did it always made masturbating feel great. So that was my reasoning there. And I had an indica. Thought it would calm any nerves.

Unless you want to develop jaw problems like TMJ, do not do this. The potential downsides far outweigh the benefits.

Check out the book "Spark". It goes over the science of how exercise is Soo good for the brain. In terms of learning (academics), anxiety, depression, staving off dementia, etc. No parent could be against that.

The best thing I ever did was get rid of a timer during meditation. Stops the thoughts of: "how long has it been?", "I think my timer is about to go off soon", "is it over yet??". And I've had my most profound experiences this way, on my own (unguided).

Why would she want you to stop working out? How does that someone even try that? "Hey, working out is probably one of the best things someone can do for themselves...can you stop?"

I tried it twice. Went ~15 days each time. I was having a hard time focusing on my studies and didn't do much for my motivation. All I could think of was fucking anything. But I don't have any problems with porn . Haven't watched it since forever. I can easily go off imagination. I'd try it and see what you think about it .
