I'm saying you wouldn't want to eat 5,000 calories a day, fat is more satiating and your body tells you when you are hungry or not. I also haven't tried, but my gut is telling me you would shit out the excess fat before digestion occurs if your body didn't want it. for newbies I always recommend them to focus on not losing value when in an interaction. So instead of drying to demonstrate value, just hold onto as much value as you can. Turns out most guys are blowing themselves out by trying to have value when they clearly don't because they are new.
