2	Shortest way to lose weight For someone who's been cutting weight for a while, I find the easier option is to just make sure you are constantly active through out the day, and eating good sources of proteins and fats when you are hungry. So, at my work I can burn up to 3,000 calories, and I'll just eat a couple peanut butter sandwiches, or some lunch meat.
