men take out trash, mow the lawn and demand sex every second. they are essentially children.

Find a friend in the movie, model, or singing industry. They throw a lot of parties. Get into photography. Usually good looking people find and hang out with other good looking people, but maybe you can make up for looks with money.

https://www.businessinsider.com/why-people-get-married-later-2013-10 We're seeing people stay at home for longer and longer. It's not exactly a secret gen z is having a hard time economically. It's expensive to have a wedding and even more expensive to have kid. These have far more to do with the marriage rates than some chad taking your ex gf away from you.

The odds are less in your favor the older you get.

Sure there might be some, but that doesn't mean they are attracted to you..

Not that many after 25, and probably not on the apps. Living with your parents gives most women past 23 the ick.

Economic factors are really the number 1 cause for delaying marriage, not chads. In 2022, it was nearly 60% of 35 year olds were married. We can also assume part of the 40% are in ltr since marriage isn't everyone's goal anymore. That's a clear majority of people in committed relationships.

I said mid 30s. People are getting married and having children later.

Marriage rates aren't 0%. If dating was actually like that, no one would be getting married and the wedding industry would be dead. Just because no one wants to date you, doesn't mean millions of people aren't getting married a year.

Naw, we don't need unwanted kids. Mental illness is already at a all time high.

We don't practice polygamy in the non Muslim world, yet marriage/living with a partner rates tend to be in the 60s-70s when you hit your late 20- mid 30s. So it clearly can't be the top 15% of men getting married.

To be fair to the OP, a lot of those cosplayers tend to be of girls who know to chase people with more disposable income.

So this is really a complaint why aren't hot girls going for ugly nerdy men and trying to get into their hobbies. Attractive people tend to like sports more since it keeps you fit.

that's how it works in "passport bro" countries, though i think sociopathic men get women everywhere since they tend to be the most financially successful which is universally loved. hunter and gather societies would kill off the sociopaths because it's a more egalitarian society, but agrarian/our societies tend to let them become rulers/people of power, etc. you regulate how a women looks/dresses/education/etc so she can be a good bride to some pre selected guy. most men can find a wife since i…

People date for a lot more than emotional support. People don't just marry the person they are most emotionally tied too, there's a lot more factors like common goals, lifestyle, etc. You don't have to treat people like objects to realize there is a dating market. You think you are the only one interested in the cute, young thin women at the bar? The whole idea of pills were created because some men will never find someone, have kids, even get laid.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 09:51 AM

What if a mentally ill person has more market value than a sane one? handsome sociopaths tend to do a lot better than an average guy, so that's less of a hypothetical and more of a reality. it really doesn't matter that the average guy feels like he's worth a lot more and deserves more sex, the sociopath is getting laid more often.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 08:24 PM

I see Reddit as a good representation of woke/elite culture, the type you'll see on Ivy League campuses (or at my school, Berkeley). LOL. this is some delusional thinking.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 01:12 PM

there is no intrinsic value though? if people don't want you, they don't want you.

it's called the job market? you've never heard that you need to sell yourself for an interview? the dating market is the same, just chooser.

it's said a million times here, men will sleep with women they think are below them, but want to wait for a "higher tier" woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 02:19 PM

it's always been a market? have you read books from the victorian ages?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 02:08 PM
1

you don't determine your value though? for your market, refusing to date dysfunctional druggie is a high standard? a 40 year old man refusing to date single moms probably has eliminated 70-90% of his market even if he feels single moms are "low value".

60% rejected would roughly equal trying to get at least 6/10, probably closer to a 7/10 since most 10/10s don't really use apps.

probably because your spanish friend thinks he's entitled to a thin young women who are physically more attractive than him?

I never said dentists aren't rich? They will likely have millions by their mid 30s. They have far more than 2k of disposable income that the average man might have.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 02:00 PM

Dentists make well over 100k/year? It's pretty easy to become a millionaire as a dentist. Not sure what your point is..
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 01:57 PM

maybe? i grew up in atlanta and still live there, but i live in the blue-ish areas. my best friends from college and hs don't have kids (they are married or in super long term relationships), but nearly all the side friends/acquaintances started having kids in their late 20s with their husbands or wives. same with my husband who went to a more liberal college. or the "different" ones who are still single/childless. honestly only know 1 single parent.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:59 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:49 PM

humans are lazy
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:48 PM

that's unpopular? i thought there's been studies about pheromones and attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:48 PM

no? 31
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:47 PM

i forgot, this sub finds its normal to divorce your 30 something wife to date 20 somethings. i think someone normal would find the red flags before marriage. like if your boyfriend is fixated on bmi and youth, maybe don't marry him?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:42 PM

maybe, but all the single people i know in their 30s are single for a reason. they are undateable imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:39 PM

maybe it's because i only hang out with people who went to college, but the divorce rate for college educated is like 30%. You probably have some issues if your marriage ended up in divorce, both sexes.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 08:37 PM

what's your unpopular opinion about dating? personally, i think anyone man or women who is single after 30 likely has dating issues/isn't relationship material. every normal person I know ended up married by 30. it's literally the weirdos or the ones with relationship hangups/leftovers than stay single after 30. I know the viewpoint here is that women over 30 are used goods but the men are winners who'll get their selection of under 25 year olds..

Building a social media brand doesn't mean women will sleep with you. A Facebook like doesn't mean fuck me. Also showing up in a cheap rental and staying at a town place inn isn't going to impress anyone (which is all you can really afford). You need to be renting a luxury car and staying at a 4 seasons or Ritz. That's easily 2k for a weekend. Not to mention dining at a nice place which is easily $300-$500.. your 2k/month of disposable income doesn't really go far anymore. It doesn't cost much t…

it's owning at most a 2 bedroom condo or a small 1000 sq ft. starter home in any city. it's not the 90s anymore. at 35 you aren't going to pull in tens and thousands of young women from around the world with that tiny of a net worth. the hot frat boy will do better.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 07:50 PM

most people aren't impressed with multiple 6 figure net worth. that's a middle class life at best. maybe you own, but you probably rent. drive a low end BMW at most, maybe go on an international trip once every few years. eat at $100 restaurants once a week or so. multiple 7 or 8 figure net worth where you own multiple houses, luxury cars, dine in Michelin star restaurants, international travel, etc. that's where your wealth can actually attract women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/25 06:49 PM

she's free to get a divorce if she saw herself as a victim. she works full time, her parents live nearby and watch her kids a ton. like parents in law picks up kids from school and takes them for the entire weekend every other weekend help. if her kid is sick, she'll call my husband to pick him up from school and take care of him (and then drop him back off at his sister's house) so she doesn't miss work (husband wfh and has a flexible schedule). During summer, the in laws take her kids on vacat…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 07:18 PM

yeah, kicker is, sister doesn't really even talk to him unless it's asking us to babysit or presents for her family. his family believed women are princesses, so his sister got the upper hand growing up (College paid for, wedding paid for, first car paid for...husband got nothing... I'm an only child of very wealthy parents, so my parents paid for my college, car, wedding, and gave us like 200k for our home so i guess karma wise it equals out?). he still forces us to interact with them, but at l…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 05:12 PM

my husband told me that he sometimes finds it sad that I don't respect his sister. she married a single dad who makes the same as her (both work full time. bil finds stay at home women leeches to society). she proceeded to have a kid with him knowing that he believes that childcare, cooking, and cleaning is a women's job. The few times a year when we see them, it's clear he views her family as the hired help to keep him feed and keep him and his kids entertained. literally 2 days after my mother…

ok, so it seems like 20% of the population is struggling a bit more than usual at the moment. how is that a crisis?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:54 PM
1

from 2020 to now my expenses are up like 1k/month. investments return far more a month. it doesn't feel like a crisis ? inconvenience, sure. people are making out like they are going to starve soon or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:52 PM

my parents weren't particularly affected by the financial crisis (i was a teen). We just got more deals on food and trips. my dad almost bought a vacation home but didn't want to deal with having a empty home most of the year. it was actually pretty good time. also we went to disney in 2010 and it was packed....
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:40 PM

well your point is that 1 million invested in pretty average, which i agree with. so that makes me average, and I'm not struggling to the point it's a cost of living crisis. cost of living inconvenience, sure
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:37 PM
1

shrug. all i know is that despite everything being more expensive, all the luxury experiences I want are sold out or I have to wait in long lines. there doesn't seem to be less people investing in wants. it lends itself to the cost of living crisis just being something the media is taking out of portion or the stats are just weird.

people say that all the time to me, but like i have 1 million invested and only owe like 160k in my house? like what exactly are these terrible events that will cause me to lose 800k? if i'm having medical issues and lose my job, i can go on aca. plus I have disability insurance that would more than cover my expenses.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:31 PM

it doesn't feel particularly real? plus investments are returning far more than a salary.

younger people are naturally poorer than older people? like i don't see how we're in a col crisis because young people had their rent raised.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:26 PM

the average guy is 5ft 10, so you've kind of proved my point. we're average (probably a bit below, i just turned 30, i really shouldn't be in the top half yet) and not struggling. our returns has been amazing for years. literally the stats about how bad the average american has it has to be made up.

there's a ton of people richer than me. we're barely at top 3% in our area. that's 180000 people richer than me in a city of 6 million. and 1/3 of our nw is just our house, so we're probably a lot poorer than 3%. and honestly, we have just under 1 million invested/cash which is not much (1 million invested/cash, 500k home). it's hardly rich or upper class.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:11 PM

sure, but it's like 60% of millennials are homeowners? what does increasing rent have to do with anything if your mortgage is fixed.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 05:09 PM

i don't think it's proven, i think stats are distorted to push some agenda. things wouldn't be getting more expensive if people couldn't buy it easily. the demand would lower.

why do you support her? is she independently wealthy/she'll inherit a few million soon? seems better if she's financially independent and does the stay at home mom/wife stuff.

i've seen the stats, but everyone I know (late 20s/early 30s) own a house, has sizable investments (which are growing a ton recently), and goes on vacation constantly. I don't know a single person who is actually struggling, but I read about the stats and people on reddit complain all the time. there's a mismatch somewhere. the fed has changed what is a recession a few times, so i think the stats are rigged. the calculator on how rich are you compared to americans changed recently. now the top 1…

the cost of living crisis isn't real. it's something poor people are making up to make you feel bad for not tipping or going on vacation.

does she stay at home? also is she the one doing all the cooking/cleaning/childcare? my sil lets her husband sleep around while she works full time (most of her money goes towards the family. his money goes to child support and finding new sex partners) and does all the cooking/cleaning/childcare. surprised at how common is this now. she also has weekly weigh ins and isn't allowed to show him her face without makeup and hair done.

hopefully it's a half open relationship. it's not masculine to share your wife.

lol. i'm a software engineer (majored in comp sci...that was an experience as a relatively normal person in the early '10s). At times when I started working I engaged in mean girl behavior at times because some of the women were...something.... i've learned to ignore everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 07:08 PM

You know, there might be truth to this. Her husband is the most 'frat boy' type. It's very apparent that she exists to make his life easier. When my mil had knee surgery, he literally hit her up a week later while she was still recovering to babysit. My husband does more than his share at times, but he's never been the frat boy type.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/24 01:28 AM

Is it really acceptable for a husband to not do any cooking, cleaning, or childcare or is that just more common on reddit? My sister in law lives like this (she does everything while working), but most everyone else seems to be balanced.
