I think it's because she doesn't get to have the evening to herself like she does every night because I go to sleep with my kids and she has her "alone" time. She knows these girls and that I'm friends with them, they have been over t my house also with their SO's. Because they are also Italian (as I am) we get along real well and they are the few "good" friends I have here.

In the end That's what I did. I got home, told her ill be home late tomorrow. She said so me and the kids don't take a bath tomorrow? (her and my 2 year old and 6 month old take a bath together occasionally and I help her hold the little one as she gets out because the 2 year old is a bit rough) I simply replied "then take it tonight", she said OK and asked me where I'm going and I just told her. "I'm going bouldering with Alessandra, Francesca and Davide" And she said OK. If she would have put …

Actually I'm using my fitness pal and tracking my calories, I dropped 10 lbs in a month, its easier once you know how much you are eating.

Actually I wake up every morning at 5 am and commute at 6 with my bike to the train station and takes about an hour to get to the gym that's in the same building as my office, at 9 I'm in my office chair working. Been doing this for 3 months now, it actually has helped me alot with self discipline. Bed at 10 with my boys and wake up at 5, Monday to Friday. Honestly, I'm going bouldering to hang out with my friends. I don't care if she is mad or not. I'm not seeking her approval or disapproval, I…

Actually not, I was pre answering the question because I have been asked this every time I posted in this sub reddit. I see how it seems that way

Yeah I'm trying to avoid this. Some constructive criticism on how I can improve this would be helpful. The car belongs t both of us so we organise on who can take it on a given day if they need it. I wasn't asking her permission for the car. If she needed it, I would have planned it for another day. But your answer was to be expected.

I'm not trying hard, I wanted to go out with my friends and we are going bouldering. It's with 2 female friends and 1 male friend. And I go to the gym also. :) Thanks.

The thing is we have 2 kids and I usually brush my older sons teeth and put his pajamas on every night because it's the only time I have to spend with him. And no I don't want a relationship with my mother, she's the whole reason I left home. So based on this I'll tell her I won't be home tomorrow evening so she knows I won't be there to prepare my son for bed. And yes, I'm lifting. In the gym 5 days a week of which 3 are lifting.

Here is what I found works. Count your calories, if you wanna lose weight, reduce the calories but eat clean. High protein if you are working out and relatively low carb. Also lots of fiber, I get a large healthy dose from hemp protein, rasberries and pears. Don't underestimate your fiber, it keeps you regular and you don't get constipated. Which leads t so many other issues. Most of my carbs are from fruits and oatmeal. I used to di IF and omad, it worked until I started eating out of control. …

10 weeks into rp journey Stats - 36 - 104 kg weight - 175 cm height. 2 kids not married living together. GYM: Making progress on bench press: last week my max was 60 kg total, this week I managed the same reps with 65. 10 weeks ago the most I could lift was 20 kg Still cutting calories, losing more weight. Guessing body fat ratio is still around 29-30% (from 35 it was 4-5 months ago) target is at least 15 which for me would be HUGE. My GF actually made a mention at how more attractive I am which…

Comment 2: Relationship: This is the part where it gets bumpy. We had our second kid who is now 6 months. after about 2 months the doctor gave her the ok to start having sex again. OF course this doesn't happen because of a few reasons: she gained weight so she feels "gross" when my 7 month old cries, it kills the moment....Instantly She's tired being with the kids the whole day and wants some time to herself I tried many times to initiate and was shot down often, emotionally she's much stronger…

Comment 1: Me: 36 5"11 - Now 104 kg (229 lbs) - 3 months ago I was 118 kg (260 lbs) Family- 2 boys - 1 almost 3 and other 6 months old. I have a girlfriend, not married because we both don't believe in it. Phyisical: joined gym 2 months ago - 3 days a week, diet was shit filled with junk food for first 2 weeks. Kicked my ass into gear and started counting calories and eating clean. hovering around 1500 - 1600 cal a day to cut as much fat out from my body. Eating over 100 Gr protein, load up on c…

True, but my father has no backbone and blue pilled into submission. I had ddint have a good point of reference. 3 very good friends actually helped me a lot. I was even worse than I am now. Once I moved away from Italy to Austria and was on my own, it destroyed me emotionally because nothing prepares you to drop everything and move away. But I wanted to leave, i wanted to get away from my mother and create something for myself, at 27 I had enough, she didn't like it but I said fuck it and had t…

I'm a lurker for a long time. Took me a lot t post, I accept my fate. The point is I don't want to give up, I still have feelings for her and for the sake of the kids, I don't want them t have a broken family. From the comments I realise how bad it is. I've been fucked so badly because I grew up with a super dominant Italian mother that would beat me when I got out of line, submissive father and 3 sisters. I had no chance at all. That's why I'm here, I have a lot of issues from my past and its s…

I'm at work when it happens. I have no way t catch him in the act. The only solution would be for me to put a stupid sign there to remind me to close it when I use it but for some reason I see that as losing the battle and I act stubborn.

This is good. But what do you do when you forget something and she says "how many times do I need to tell you so that you will remember?" For example, in our house we have a standalone bidet, it's like a tiny sink you sit on and wash your ass. (I'm Italian) My son occasionally picks up the plug that you close when you want to block the water from going down the drain. And pulls it out. (he's 2) For me it's not important but she told me many times to close it so he can't pull it out because he li…

What about fruit? I've cut out pasta and bread and get simple carbs from honey for example and other things. Also my office offers free fruit so I usually eat 4-5 pieces per day (apple, peach, banana, etc) I ask because I heard fruit is bad for diets.
