I say this, to put it all in perspective, as a late 20s man from Brazil, a third world country. Honest to God, this are my prospects: Left a 5 year relationship that ended pretty badly back in 2019 with someone who simply 180ed. We were living together and I pretty much went from "I think I really like this gal" to "I can really see myself marrying her and having kids", even though I had always told her I would never marry and never have kids. But now, I see that would have been the worst mistak…

Consult a lawyer or a friend well-versed in it. Where I'm from (not US) you need to have 3 kids or be older than 23 years old. The "3 kids" condition was added since there's a lot of pretty fucked up poor people here who have unwanted kids before the age of 23. Also, abortion is illegal here.

I have the exact same mindset. I, for instance, have a nice LTR going on for almost a year. She's young, very dedicated and despite minor misbehaving that I corrected, she have been humble enough to admit her mistakes(like the way she talk to me, stupid little lies and so forth) and have been, in general, a very loving SO. It's not that she's never going to cheat on me(this is the beta mindset). It's unlikely. Everything is going great, therefore, it's unlikely for her to cheat on me. The beta m…

I got confused when he mentioned "comfort test and a shit test". Can anyone refer me a link to read more about this? Anything about comfort and shit tests at all would be helpful.

Fuck this summary is good. You just smashed a fucking huge glass dildo in my head and got my skull split open so you could spit this hard truths inside it. Thanks.

I'll definitely look into them. Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I'm been stalking on and off on this sub for a while, and I never saw anything here that I could not immediately apply in my life and get a positive result out of it. I'm for the first time in my life having a serious and decent relationship(I know LTR is not the main idea here, btw I'm in me early 20's) just from basic like frame, posture, maintaining order and respect inside a relationship. I know many say this, but I wish I had …

By 'mission' you mean, job, youself or something similar? The funny thing is, she's desperate about me and she doesn't even know why. She wants me to talk more to her, share my burden, be more kind and gentle and that shit, say 'I love you' more often, but deep down inside her the first second I do any of this, she'll get turned off. They don't even know what they want.

This is a awesome summary of how to deal with a LTR. I've been trying to do exactly this by mine. So far, I've only faulted on being a oak tree. I'm a fucking oak tree. I'm a fucking oak tree. I'll brand this on my skin if I have to.

Can you tell your story? By "crawling away from a relationship which ended after my ass got beaten half to death by 3 White Knights" what do you exactly mean? If that is literally what you wrote, can you tell more about it? I'm really curious to know more.

Guess I get you, now. The only thing though, I'm not sure what bc stands for. Would it be birth control?

Not sure how the alphas are really going to lose anything, since most of them don't even want any relationship to begin with and 20 years from now, they'll still not want a relationship. The ones that do want though, will have a much easier time as any women their age, since biology and SMV differences between the genders and all that.

Let me assume a couple more things, then: She desperately came back to you when you starting acting more alpha than the previous you she met? Yes or Yes? I have a modus operandi that when I cease sexual intimacy with a plate for whatever reason("I want a relationship","I want to be more than that", "I like you but that's not what I want" or even when I find better plates), I just cut them off completely from my life and almost always never see them again. This way I'm never getting back to exes …

Also, how can daddy issues be bad? About this red flag, I'd really like some clarifying. I say that because my LTR is stablished in some sort of bdsm basis(I'm her master, she obeys, respects me and all that, she likes spanking, punishment/reward system and all), and this basis is not only in regards to sex. I know that's not exactly what you said when you wrote "if you provide for her(e.g. like her dad) you are BB", but now I have my head wondering on this issue. EDIT: forgot to mention she cal…

This have much to do with another one of your points, she hamstering responsibility. My point is, given all the red flags together, the sum of circumstances, they have much in relation to each other. Thus this flag alone doesn't seem to be neither red nor green, just a flag. Or at least that's the conclusion I come to. Any further input of yours in regards to this is very much appreciated.

I get your concerns. I really do. I'm in a similar situation. The difference is that I deal with it and don't waste my time worrying. Here's my perspective: I always consider the plausible scenario. Is it possible that the girl you are seeing have done this? Of course it is. Is it probable? If you have never been a beta provider, then no. The truth no one will never know. This is this kind of healthy distrust you should have: To remember yourself that she is just like any other girl, and that sh…

Could you please elaborate on how Morphing(adopting your behaviour and tastes) is something bad? Pretty much every young person has it(specially young girls aching for a male authority figure). It so happens that I have a LTR with a very young girl(I'm not old myself, mid 20's) a and she has some aspects of it since she has a absent dad and since she haven't lived much herself.

I'm 22 and I wish I had knew TRP ealier. I know that I found it at a good age, so I can prevent a lot of grief, and that gives me great relief. Damn this colorful rainbon and unicorn fantasy of love and family, I've lived long enough to not trust anyone to commit my life to them. Also, I'm seriously looking for the next post about vasectomy. I'm seriously considering one. Looking foward to it. Great post, OP.

Maybe people just don't have enough faith in such serious relationships with that much commitment and dedication as past generations had. After all, look around, no one seems to care that much about it anymore. Well, just a thought.

Divorce makes men - and particularly fathers - significantly richer. When a father separates from the mother of his children, according to new research, his available income increases by around one third. Women, in contrast, suffer severe financial penalties. Regardless of whether she has children, the average woman's income falls by more than a fifth and remains low Just curious, source?

I not only would want, but would deserve my half of our assets. No, I have absolutely no desire to have anything he came to the marriage with, nor would I want his future earnings. Deserve, sure. But as divorce rape gets more common, attitudes such as yours are rare. With things like lifetime alimony then, well. I'm getting the hang of this sub. My argument stand, not so much my writing. Non-native and all that. My point all the way was not how women nowadays does not deserve marriage. But how r…

Sure there are, but in proportion, they are way fewer. I don't even know any SAHM, nor anyone that knows any SAHM. My point in this part was this, proportion. But I see your point now. I'm not surprised, though. There's plenty about feminism here, so we know too well why people think it has no value.

I don't see how there is the slightest possibility of women giving up careers for pretty much anyone nowadays. The cost of living is just too high that this is not even an option. That's the main reason of population decline in the first place. I don't even know any SAHM, nor anyone that knows any SAHM. I don't see how that's even remotely common anywhere. In muslim countries, sure. But in the western part of the world, no. Hell, the number of females on universities are greater than males in th…

I don't see what's your point here. So if he really leaves you, you want a way to legally and revengefully take what's his? Is that it? You want to fear him into staying in a relationship he doesn't want to out of fear of losing everything? Seriously? I can't even.

I may come up as confrontational here, but that's just my comunication urges getting a hold of me. I've written about this subject here before, but here it goes again, for you all gals to behold a young male perspective(early 20's) on the issue: I've seen too many men getting brutally divorce raped for my age to even remotely consider marriage ever. Not to mention that, with family values slowly dissolving in the current sea of horrid divorces, child custody laws, alimony, divorce rates and the …

This, so much. How hard is to get what the others do? Go to a bar, dress as slutty as you can, snag the first random horny frat boy(it'll take about 5 minutes). Fuck. Repeat it ad infinitum. How this can be somehow fulfilling is beyond me. Not even for a man it'll. He'll have an orgasm that lasts around 5 seconds, tell his friends, and forget. And he's getting way more from this than you. In fact, you are loosing something rather than getting something, biologically speaking.

Being 4 years younger than I estimated does not exclude the fact that: You know when men are looking at you differently wanting for something else. On the contrary, it makes absolutely no difference. And this is what is hard to believe. Also, speaking the truth does not mean being honest. And does not exclude this part: leaving small but important details aside. But that's semantics. I'll assume that's exactly what happened, and only what happened. Nice to hear you regret your behaviour, not a c…

I find it really, really hard to believe. It seems to me you are painting an idealized situation of how you would like this situation to have been like, leaving small but important details aside. I didn't know they had romantic feelings towards me until they told me. Seriously? C'mon. Be honest. If you are with your SO for almost 10 years that means you are at least 30. You know when men are looking at you differently wanting for something else. I took everything you said with a grain of salt. M…

Just curious, where do you live? My bet goes to California or anywhere in Canada. I've been setting a mental global map for further plans of moving to another country in the future, and that's a solid issue I consider.

Luckily, there isn't such hardcore alimony laws here like some of the stated in the US. But once there is(and the current political scenario suggests it will), I'm seriously considering never cohabitating. And this is coming from someone who would like to marry and would even consider kids in better circumstances. This mindset isn't even remotely rare.

I'm really glad you see it this way. I've seen way(serious emphasis on this word) too many men getting brutally divorce raped for my age(early 20's) to even remotely casually consider marriage ever. The same goes for kids. I'm not from US, but I'm very well aware of how fucked up divorce courts are over there. And I've never even liked kids. A few years back a bill was made law here – I guess it's somehow famous everywhere in regards to domestic violence – called "Maria da Penha". Reasons for th…
