2	More men are taking sexual assault accusers to court. This isn't necessarily true. A lot of campus police have more authority and resources than local cops. My local university officers have State Wide commissions just like the highway patrol and can go anywhere in the state to investigate and make arrest. 1	What do you guys think about working in a majority female industry? I definitely don't think it can't be worked with. I know a few pretty great Male Nurses and the field is changing. One thing I would like to say is not to give up on LE just because you didn't get hired the first time. It's pretty common in Public safety fields to have to test multiple times. I tested 5 times with three different departments before I got hired as A Firefighter. I would almost guarantee you took that test competing against guys taking it there third or fourth time. A lot of nurses are dtf anyone but a male nurse. I was 19 and an orderly and was having a good time but the only male nurse I knew who would get any was an x fireman built like a brick shit house. 3	[Frame Control]Violence and it's place in SMV I've actually thought that this is another reason to why SMV increases with age. The older you are the more violence you likely have experienced and lived through. While not necessarily true now it definitely was for most of our evolutionary history.
