| -10 | Police in San Francisco use DNA collected from a rape victim to link a woman to another crime years later, leading to fears the practice will deter sexual assault victims from coming forwardshe was RAPED! | 7 | Police in San Francisco use DNA collected from a rape victim to link a woman to another crime years later, leading to fears the practice will deter sexual assault victims from coming forwardBill Scott, the San Francisco police chief, told the Chronicle the woman could have been identified in the property crime via DNA found in a different database, rather than a profile collected from a rape exam. Scott also said the department “would thoroughly review the matter” and report back to him and the district attorney’s office. Sounds like there may actually be a victim's DNA database separate from CODIS and if that is the case it is really bad. | /r/MensRights | 16/02/22 01:49 AM |
Police in San Francisco use DNA collected from a rape victim to link a woman to another crime years later, leading to fears the practice will deter sexual assault victims from coming forwardbecause she was a victim her DNA should never have been put in the system (CODIS). The police then searched CODIS several years later and found her victim DNA. I.e. they searched CODIS and seized her DNA results. | /r/MensRights | 16/02/22 01:46 AM

STAND WITH SOPHIE! This 9 year old girl has been sexually abused by her mothers boyfriend WHILE HER MOTHER WATCHES. Her parents are divorced and the mother stated in court that the father was mentally ill so the court was in favor of the mother. I’m fucking LIVIDNo, that is her mother, not some woman. She birthed her and was suppose to protect her yet she allowed some man to hurt her daughter AND WATCHED! Yes the man is disgusting but the mom is WAY worse! | /r/PussyPass | 01/09/20 02:44 AM

“It is my right as a living woman to do whatever I like”... No shopping for you today, Toots.I understand that, which is why I was asking if Melbourne has the same type of private property recording laws | /r/PussyPassDenied | 31/07/20 02:20 AM
“It is my right as a living woman to do whatever I like”... No shopping for you today, Toots. In the US you can film pretty much anywhere... Except on private property when they ask/tell you. Better (simple) example is you can film big box store all you want from public property but if big box says no filming while you are on their property, you have to stop. Tons of exceptions but this is the gist. Is this the case down under? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 31/07/20 12:10 AM
