It can happen almost automatically when she says something you have a connection with. For example: Her: "This place is great but the drinks are too expensive." You: "Ha!" hand touches shoulder "Funny you should say that, I was JUST thinking that..." hand leaves shoulder It's a lot more natural than I'm making it sound, and it's sort of hard to describe. In all honesty, basic kino is easiest whilst talking. You can put your hand on her shoulder to accent your reaction to something she said, or to accent your own comment.
