It wasn't a "rape memoir"; I'm not sure where you came up with that description. It was an email to extended family and friends, with absolutely no details of the alleged event that allegedly took place. The point is that they wrote that maliciously. you should really read the judge's report. the women were discredited and totally contradicted themselves, plus went back and forth on whether or not they actually thought the guy did it over a matter of months. the judge ruled that they were liars basically and when they wrote the email, they didn't believe he was 100% the perpetrator or that he even had access to children. the judge ruled they wrote that email maliciously. also, your comparison to a grown woman being raped by her boss is reall…
