Considering suicide isnt a binary state in my opinion. Like if you tell your self that "im done living fuck this" therapy wont help but like if you think "life sucks" this is the part where therapy would help. You need to get the people to therapy before the last stage because in that stage the therapist cant do shit. Thats why people need to be told its not shameful to go to therapy so they will go to there in time.

Really why do people go to therapy. (Im only 16) but i already have known adult men who have beem depressed who went to therapy to get them selves sorted out and came out happy. Its not that the therapy "fixed all their problems" it helped them understand them like the fact that their father died and let them with understanding overcome it.
