| 18 | When did you decide to quit your job after you found out that you were pregnant?I'm 32 weeks pregnant and am working until probably 37 weeks, so long as I can make it that far still feeling good. Babies are expensive to care and prep for so even though I'll be a SAHM and will be able to live on my husband's salary, we're glad to have the extra income for now even if some of it now just goes into savings and we don't need it ALL for baby. My husband loves the fact that I am the kind of person who wanted to work in a charitable organization that specifically helps low income families. But he couldn't care less what my qualifications were for it. Or really what my job ultimately is anyway because our shared dream has been for me to be able to stay home once we start having kids. I'm not saying it's like this for everyone, but it's pretty common for eventually one spouse to move towards the other on these things. I ended up being the one whose views changed on those subjects to align more with his, and I'm very glad for it now. I read through Christian Marriage sub from time to time and cringe at a lot (not all) of what I see there.
