Absolutely, we have no problems in our sex life. Albeit we have 3 kids and works and stressors. But The quality and quantity of sex is pretty darn good. Having said that there is always room for improvement. And exercise and lifting sound like it could take It to the next level as well as better romance I'm sure. you have a good strategy. I mostly been focused on financial and family growth which helps mitigate some of the physical laxness. But as I've said, I think, I'm turning around and considering a stepping up the physical game. to fill in any holes

We live in a different kind of culture. Don't drink, don't go to bars, don't go to clubs, don't party. She's a die hard followers of Christ, been married 13 years. These things aren't a concern. The concern is continuing my growth as a man. and, based on other posts, it definitely sounds like lifting can help.

Thanks this is along the lines of what I was looking for. I've learned a lot about being a man from my father in law. I've gained many Alpha traits but still beta in other ways. I'm not interested in the "getting laid" side of red pill. more about leadership, parenting, and being a strong husband. I've grown up quite a bit but still feel weakness too often. I've been debating whether consistent exercise and weight lifting can push me over this hump. I really do neither and have only sporadically…
