Or they interpret "sex" differently. One gender may interpret oral or digital stimulation, as sex, while the other less likely to consider it sex (to not sound like they get around)

Although i agree that women should feel more comfortable asking guys out, this post will probably not reach many women. Instead of wishing for a a different culture that might never come, deal with the current reality; men are expected to do the asking out, and how can we better deal with that.

I disagree with the idea that a lack of ambition means one is lazy. People have different motivations. Sounds like you are career-oriented on this gig, others may just see it as a hobby, and there's nothing wrong with that. So yeah you're going to face some difficulties if you demand that people change their motivations to align with yours, but that's not their fault. Just smh.
