Yea but during the separation process it wasn't. At that point the court wasn't involved. So my truck (which was in my name, insured only in my name too) was her truck. So in that case she could have torched it and I would be sitting there with a thumb up my ass

Not necessarily true. When my wife and I were separating she refused to give me back my truck. I called the cops. They said that since we're still married she could torch the truck and there's nothing I could do. Him cutting the assets before he signed the papers would be allowed...in Canada anyways.

I agree with you for most of the time. But there are exceptions. For instance, I was training in mma (begginer) and at my gym there was this chick. Maybe 5'2 or 5'3.
