0	worried about my nephew Show up for him. Talk to him like he's in a bad spot, be honest... but let him know you are there for him. All the stigma around that drug hastens the problem. Be kind, be present, and be a good uncle. If he responds well, great. If he doesn't, remember it's the drug talking, not him. You're right. He needs medical detox and rehab, but he also needs unconditional love.
