1	Does caffeine increase confidence and make you more outgoing? While this may be true for some people it doesnt increase anxiety for everybody. For me caffeine makes me more chatty, outgoing, talkative and have a better mood. And to remove the jitters i get from caffeine (shaking, etc) i take l-theanine. L theanine works very well in combination with caffeine. It makes me more focused and calm. So in combination with caffeine i feel more chatty and calm at the same time which in the end works very well for talking to people.	/r/seduction	11/11/19 06:50 PM
