True. I stopped planning dates. Was expecting to cook dinner with her like usual, have a few drinks, relax watch a movie and sex. Maybe Im getting lazy. I feel like texting her this: "Oh well. Feel like your backup plan a lot of the time. Seems like you only want me around when your friends and family are busy. Clearly I'll never be a priority. Enjoy your night." What do you think?

Absolutely disgusting....come over when she's done. You've slotted yourself as her little puppy at her beck and call here to amuse her when she's bored of other things. You're right. I never realized this until now.. But I lack abundance because I'm in a monogamous relationship. I can't simply get pussy elsewhere when I've gone the week without it. Of course this will cloud my judgement. Women tend to have the upper hand in LTRs. You're likely too far gone to reverse things now but even if you d…

Why can’t you approach a girl because your friends are around? Shit they should be helping you not hurting you. What I meant was that I can't make friends the same way I make girlfriends. Girls are easy to meet because I can approach them in bars. But it's not like I can approach guys in bars and start a friendship, you know? Sounds like you're good at that.

Make new friends. I have been going out on Fridays by myself for years. Made tons of new friends and connects for home repairs etc on the cheap. Met a lot of women through them too. Where do you usually go out on Friday by yourself? Curious how do you meet people and make friends? Well, think about why that is... why is it easier to make a gf than a good friend? Seriously. Think about why you think that. (Hint: you want a gf more than friends so it’s “easier”, aka you are needy as fuck). True. H…

So you're telling me I should hard next just because there's a male in their hangout group? I'm not invited because we keep our social lives separate. I don't have much friend, but when I go out with them I don't want her there with me, and she feels the same way.

She should be competing for your time, not the other way around. You're right. But I don't have many friends. So a lot of the time I don't know anyone to go out with on Friday night. It's a lot easier making a girlfriend than it is to make a good buddy. I have stuff to do: work, gym, golfing, but when the weekend comes I just want to finish work and see my girlfriend. We only have sex during the weekend, because I don't see her during the week. So by the time Friday comes I'm eager to see her.

I'm 29. It's a monogamous relationship of 4 months. Her good friends are female, but she has male acquaintances. I can't exactly ask her "Oh, who are you going out with. Are there any men in the group?" without seeming insecure. But I assume it's her girl friends and coworkers. I'm so available because I hadn't had sex all week and I'm eager for it on Friday. We don't spend much time together during the week. And I don't have many friends. I'm very introverted.

By the time you're 40 most of the 'good men' will be married and many will be dating younger women. So suddenly there will be an abundance of single women looking for a decent catch who's around their age. The women to men ratio will be much higher. Women have the advantage in online dating from 20-35, but beyond that men have the advantage, because men generally value looks and youth beyond everything else.

It's not an issue. Just don't interact with them if it's not your thing.

Depends on the girl. I would still opt for simple date over party date. Even if the girl leans on the party side. The idea of the 1st date is to get to know eachother.

Yea, many women don't like sending pics unless they think they look their best. Which is frustrating for me, my girl never sends me pics because she's so self conscious. sigh.

This. Which is lean and muscular (not bulky). Can be nearly impossible to achieve depending on your body type though.

I would start playful banter by text to make yourself feel familiar to her. Playful banter relating to your last conversations. Also, most girls would not feel safe on a first 'date' in someones dorm.

simple and effective, while not making yourself hang on her reply by saying "you should come along" instead of a typical "want to come?"

Yea. this monk mode stuff is crap. You could be improving your skills during the 2.5 years. Would be a waste not to. BTW your SMV is supposed to be low while in college. No one with a bit of sense will expect it to be high. Work on improving your physical attraction and you can get to meeting girls right away. No one will expect you to have a good job or status or even a car. You're in college; your value is in POTENTIAL and drive.

You're probably physically attractive, but lack in 'having your life together' (good job, drive, maturity etc.).

Babe if you wanna marry me just say it already. Me too honey, just pass me the ring. Nice deflect and amplify. and light humor. Look you and I both know its not a good idea, I need my time and you need yours,I'll think about this some other time but now its too early. You handled it perfectly. Like a skilled veteran.

Yes this ^ Computer Science can also pay well, but doesn't get the girls. But I would opt for something that catches your interest AND has the potential to make good money. A balance of the two. You'll likely be doing it 40hrs a week for 30 years minimum.

I mean.. if running if your only option, do it. But if you're running you should have a goal as to why you're running. Do you want to run a 10k? half marathon some day? Running burns calories and will keep you skinny if you don't eat more. But it's healthy and better than sitting on your ass. If you're goal is to get bigger than hit the university gym and eat more. You will cap out easily doing situps and pushups without added weight, and it won't benefit you much more than running does. I used …

What do you mean by 'resetting'? Using lower weights to improve your form?

I'm in the same spot as you. Stuck at around the same weight as well doing 5x5. I think for me it's two issues: 1) Bad form. Sometimes during reps I'll be pushing the bar up and it will hit the safeguards on the bench and mess up my focus. Clearly my form is bad. Also I get elbow pain sometimes. 2) Nutrition. Not eating enough, so I'm not gaining more muscle. Can't lift past your peak if you're not gaining muscle. What's your OHP at? I'm also progressing in other exercises.. recently lifting 40l…

Yea I discovered red pill late in this relationship. I only found it after the damage was already done. I'm completely in her frame and I've been making myself way too available. In the past 4 months I accepted 100% of her invitations, without saying no once. I drop whatever I'm doing and go to her place right away. Clearly that was retarded of me, because now she lost some interest. Need to recover. Been reading lots of red pill stuff.
/r/askTRP18/10/18 01:50 AM

Yeah I think I'm just being too available to her. Any time she invites me over I accept 100% of the time, drop my shit, and pack my bags to go to her place. I accepted all her invitations in the past 4 months - never said 'no' once. I know that's super beta, but I discovered red pill late. So its come to the point where being too available made her lose interest. I need to pull back a little, focus on myself and not accept every invitation and not text back so much.

Great response! Thank you for your insights. My LTR isn't 18-23. She's actually older than me (early 40s) and attractive, charismatic, and makes low six figures (much more than me). So she would no doubt relate more to the wealthy guys she works for compared to me. If anything, I'm the young hot prize (I'm 30), but I lack status and money, so I only have so much leverage in this relationship. Yea I'm not interested in cheating. I would rather meet women and use their attention to gauge my place …

You're thinking about him. He's not thinking about you. Alpha or not, he offers her what she wants right now. And what she likely wants is stability if she's with him.

Deadlifts can do damage if done incorrectly, which is easy to do. Anyways, you don't have to do deadlifts, I don't. Just supplement them with other exercises. Don't over think during your first year. Just be consistent and do what you enjoy while pushing yourself.

don't ignore or act butthurt, just stop chasing her unless she shows obvious interest.

Girls that age don't know how to turn guys down. They will often say "yes" when they mean "no" and will communicate their disinterest by not responding to texts and calls, hoping that the guy gets the message. Maybe this is the case, maybe not. Either way I would soft next her, if she's interested then she will show interest in an obvious way. Look elsewhere and don't wait for her. Her loss.

I also lost my job recently and feel that she lost respect for me. Feel like I have less value to offer, which changes the power dynamic. All of a sudden I became worried that she may cheat because the loss of respect - did you fear the same thing? It's hard to maintain value and frame when you're a man who lost his job, because much of our pride and confidence comes from working.

Clean yourself more. Wash it in sink after peeing if you think sex is happening. Grab her head and push it down there when you're horny; if she doesn't let you then it's on her for ruining the mood. Tell her how much you enjoy it, and when she does it tell her that she's amazing at it.

Often times the right thing to say is boring. Why do you think people bond so well when drinking? Less of a filter. I would rather say the thing that pops into my head as long as it's not hurtful or too weird.

Leave it as it is. Or text her one last time until you receive a reply. Calling wont change anything-- if she's not interested and doesn't reply texts then she simply wont pick up. Girls like attention, especially since it sounds like you're young or in college. Girls that age like giving out there number. Next her if she doesn't reply to your next text.

If she cheated with her ex, she will likely cheat with you. People don't change much. And like other poster suggested: work for independence, don't be co-dependent. Shit will hit the fan and when it does you want to not have to depend on her. It will be hard to keep frame and confidence when you depend on her for shelter or food. What happens when you have a fight and she says "Well I pay the bills", good luck keeping frame then.

Drink before the date. I understand that drinks can be useful, it's how I got started and found my LTR. Have a drink before the date and don't tell her. Eventually you'll become familiar with each other and you wont need the drink. Or do something funner / more engaging on dates.

I shall find plates then. Won't enjoy it though, because I just want a dedicated, loyal LTR who's as invested as me. I'm at the point in my life where I don't want games and one-night stands, I just want someone of high or equal value to grow old with. Hopefully my current girl gives me that.

Push your chest up to the ceiling while arching your upper back. When you push the weight up think about pushing your shoulders and bodyweight back into the bench. Try different grip positions. Besides, I think your arms will overcompensate as a beginner. So until you progress your arms will do most of the work. Then when you're comfortable using more weight than your arms can handle then it will be up to your chest to do the lifting.

agreed. best not to reward that kind of behavior. trashy people cheat, and I don't want to waste my time on trash. If you get involved with her know that she will likely continue cheating.

So I text her “What’s your schedule like this week?” Nothing again. Same thing happened to me. I thought of waiting for her to initiate a response, but instead I realized that women like feeling like their being chased, so I texted her again. In my next text I sent her two date suggestions with two specific times on specific days. I chose to do that because the alternative was shit: ask her if she wants to meet again then follow that with 10 other text exchanges before finally planning the date.…

Its just my turn with her? That logic suggests that it's a privilege for me to have my turn with her. I don't want to hop from one girl to another, but hypergamy means that I will have to, considering there will always be a 'better' man out there. My relationship goal isn't to have flings my whole life -- I want an LTR I can keep and I'm wondering how I can achieve that knowing hypergamy is a threat to that.

I'd rather not check it. I don't want to travel down that road. I may find something that is meaningless and overexaggerate and jump to stupid conclusions. One time we were snuggling on the couch together and she was texting. I glanced over to her phone and saw a guy text her that she's "sexy". I acted cold until the end of the night then asked her about it and she told me that all her male friends call her sexy, but they aren't serious, they only do it to make her feel good about herself. Can't…

What's funny is that she has been using "dread game" on me. I just noticed. When we're out for dinner she intentionally acts over friendly to the male waiters; last time she even touched and slapped the waiter's back like they were old friends; they knew eachother a long time, but she doesn't even remember his name or care. Another time she did this was when we were at a grocery store. She chose the line with the attractive grocery clerk guy. Then while he was packing the food bags she was going…

First 2 months it was fantastic. Nearly every time I initiated she would put out. We tried many different sex positions and fun things. I would come over to her place late at night and we'd do it. Now though.. she's always 'too tired'. I get it, she works hard, but that never stopped her before. Maybe the "honeymoon" face already ended, maybe she lost interest. We have sex once a week now, but when we do it's pretty good - she went all out last time, tried to get me to orgasm twice. But again.. …
