7	Stop FAKING confidence, stop lying and stop trying to impress people. Stop trying to 'be alpha' - this doesn't just fail, it actively undoes your real confidence. This is the single biggest mistake there is. The right way is a lot harder, but works. When you are being fake, it's not really you that is popular. It's some other person you are pretending to be. Those people in your popularity circle don't even know who you really are. It's essentially buying friends.
