2	Female PhD candidate is a club dancer at night because she does not get paid enough as a graduate student, another woman calls this empowering... I agree! I’m a female PhD candidate in STEM and our stipends are honestly terrible, not to mention that many PhD programs make you sign something agreeing to NOT have a second job while being in that program.
