1	#equality I feel this can be solved by itemizing your monthly expenses, and working out a budget. People are less concerned over what other people make when they're comfortable and informed. Reasonable Salary = monthly expenses + 20%* x 12. That's what you need to make per year to cover your ass, pay taxes, get ahead and have some extra for self care/emergencies. I was told once by a kick ass therapist (Amber, moved to Arizona and I miss her meat grinding knuckles) that her style does take a toll on her hands, she's more likely for arthritis later in life. But she was awesome. I currently have a team of 2 women who have practiced Chinese medicine and blend it with their massage therapy. They're absolutely lethal. I kinda prefer men to women as--and no offense to those who have awesome kung-fu grip, I find most women to be too delicate when it comes to actually performing a deep tissue massage.
