It isn't "hundreds of signals" They are using hundreds of different signals to determine every page's ranking. That's how the Google algo works. This is where we disagree, and that's ok. If someone's service provider, client, employer or employee misuses "per se" or makes other similar mistakes, people won't say anything, but they will think slightly less of them. 2	Car Insurance Sexism. You have to admit that gender is hardly as much of a gradient as race is. What race is someone with black and white grandparents, a brown father and Asian/African/European mother? Hell, even the father and mother would be hard to put in a "race" box.
