I know this is an old post, but calling a new mom a fatty is a bit unfair and kinda mean. That’s all. I was pretty thin (5’5 130lbs fit) before I got pregnant and my unborn son is making me eat a bunch of food and I keep gaining weight (I’m 9mo pregs at 190lbs). I eat a LOT and if I don’t I get nauseated and he kicks me. It’s worse when you nourish the baby with breast milk because you have to keep eating. Even after a year some women struggle to lose the weight.

Yea I wasn’t talking about fds particularly...just in general, every single person has a set of criteria they want a potential mate to adhere to. I don’t really get the whole manipulation of rancid meat comment but whatevs...just have to stay away from manipulative people, that’s all. There’s a lot of crazy weird dangerous people out there and all we can do is protect ourselves the best we can from them (and hopefully not try to be them by getting revenge on them for example).

It’s just different syntax. We’re all meaning the same thing when we say husband/wife material. It’s criteria that we all have. Just like how men in this sub want a feminine person as someone they’d consider “wifey material” for example. That’s all I’m trying to say. I’m not sure why you’re still trying to justify the use of the words rancid meat...i just get a gross reaction because rancid meat is gross.

Point is both genders say some variation of that. Husband/wife material or “wife her up” or “marry him or I will”. Something like that.

Even with this brilliant explanation, I don’t get why people call women such bad names like “rotten meat”. Yuck. I believe we are all made to be this way like you said by design.
