Thank God I have (and have always had) incredibly high standards looks-wise so I was never in this position. The fact that when I was a teenager I thought I must be ugly because grown men WEREN'T hitting on me, and I was resentful of "everyone else" because it happened to them, makes me so sad now. This disgusting (and illegal) behaviour is not only normalised, but it's drilled into our heads from a young age that it's flattering and a reflection of beauty and desirability. It's messed up beyond belief...
