You are absolutely right. I appreciate your response. I found this which supports exactly what you said: https://www.pnas.org/content/116/34/16793 "The average lifetime odds of being killed by police are about 1 in 2,000 for men and about 1 in 33,000 for women."

Fair enough. I could go for citizens against brutality. We have the data and it is a fact that per capita blacks are killed by police twice as often as whites. And that's racism and that's not right. The other side of the coin is American police kill more citizens in general than most countries which I also feel isn't right. So we can solve the racism at which point per capita blacks are killed as often as whites by the police but we would still be left with American police killing way too many …

I was just saying if our goal is to end police brutality don't we want to create a united front? Edit: It probably comes as no surprise, I was banned for that post.

Since when is this a sexist sub that condones anyone cheating? Men or women. The son shouldn't have cheated.

How often are you smoking? What's the THC to CBD ratio? The stuff isn't healthy for you but if it's in moderation say something you enjoy on the weekend here and there so be it. If it's everyday I think you have a problem you need to cut out of your life.

Your wife is part of the problem. How about instead of saying "we need to shift away to where uncut is normal" you actually normalize it in your own lives? That's like saying I hate blacks, but I think racism is wrong. It's hypocritical.

That's all I had to hear. As long as you know it's not a dependence and a rare indulgence I'm behind you. :) And I think life is tricky, there are some paradoxes. I know what you mean about self hatred being a motivating factor. If possible though perhaps one can try to be happy with where they are while also simultaneously wanting to be better.

It sounds to me like you might not love yourself. I foresee some people jumping down my throat for this opinion. Knowing what it feels like to be loved by others shouldn't change you loving yourself. I'm not denying it makes it harder, I think it does. All the same though, as /u/Railroadurr said, ask yourself if this is bettering you? To me drugs are an escape from reality and you're basically saying you're not okay with your reality. You're covering up the pain. As many people give different me…

I love this place so much but this post gave me pause. I think MGTOW is more about woman taking advantage of men than just having had a lot of sex. Let's hypothetically say I had sex with 100 women and I'm a 30 year old guy. What would you say about me? We can debate whether the number she gave was honest or not but at the end of the day she isn't trying to pass herself off as innocent or a virgin so there is some honesty there. Assuming she didn't cheat on anyone and practiced safe sex, shouldn…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
