From what I read, Georgetown University is turning a blind eye to these comments, saying her personal statements don't reflect the values or beliefs of the school, but she's free to voice her opinion.

That's not what no fault means. 'No fault' does not mean that no one is at fault. It only means that you have to exhaust your personal injury benefits before going after someone else's insurance for an injury. This was done decades ago to reduce lawsuits. It hasn't really worked. She can't be convicted of sexual assault because she waited until after the statute of limitations had passed to seek child support. The guy being forced to pay support now commented on it himself, in the comments section of the article.
