A lot of girls could do a lot of hitting before they could pose a serious threat. That doesn't make the hitting right, but the fundamental difference in upper body strength between a man and a woman make hitting different as far as personal safety is concerned. It's not entirely your fault, but it is not a mens rights or a male privilege issue. If we as a country put our soldiers in harms way, and they come back and have a high suicide rate, we obviously are not giving them enough support after they get home and we as a society should look to remedy that. Now male privilege exists as does female, black and white privilege, but I don't see what this particular issue has to do with any of that.

Would you sign a contract saying that you would give up a decade or more of your working career to raise your children and support the bread winner if they could leave you to fend for yourself at anytime? You only get to sue if the company doesn't take steps to resolve the issue after you brought it to their attention.
