My ex lifted me up and supported me for nearly four years. I lived for her. Then she left. No matter what they will always leave. After a few months on your own you will feel better. If you want to bulk eat more and workout longer. At least 90 mins per session. Rest is important for growth, maximum 2 days workout before rest day. I stand by my advice spend three months focusing on yourself. As for industry I would recommend either a technical qualification or management qualification. Either should be enough to negotiate a pay rise or find a higher paying job.
