Nothing you said. It is actually from my step father, who lives in England, who has faught to get his son out of a extremely abusive situation. I know first hand from my young step brother just how insane the system is in the UK. Very much like the USA. What do you need a source for? Do your own research. I am very, very confident you will find my claim to be true. And I am confident you will be depressed by what you read.

Most of the new American laws and rules are modeled after the nanny state in England. England has the same problem with fathers, CS, and custody that the US has. I think from what I have seen and heard, it is actually much worse.

Nobody fighting to be a part of their kids lives and be a father is a coward. Seriously, some of the guys in the RP need to chill. Calling for murder and violence? WTF? How is there dignity is wrecking my kids future? The real beta's are the ones freaking out when guys do what I am doing. Ya, it ain't easy, or fair. But it is a hell of lot better than most are making it out to be, and if you are smart and strong enough you can play your way out of being dealt shitty cards.

I am the father. That has been dealt with. The girls don't even look like their mother, they both look just like me. As well, I took my lawyers advice, and waited on the paternity. If you demand paternity in a situation like mine, the judge frowns upon it, and looks at it as you wanting out of your responsibility. So I waited 6 months, signed a acknowledgement of paternity. After it was very clear who they belonged to, I avoided the paternity. For those of you who are gonna throw the "But you do…

Thanks man, I will do my best to report in every so often. Another insight into CS, even if you are unemployed, you will owe a bare minimum. So when you do get employed again, you won't see a paycheck until it is payed off. This happened to a friend of mine.

Sign away your rights, and you still will be paying child support. It is all up to mom. That is the power mom's wield. And yes, we all need to pull our heads out of our asses. And IMO, a lot of men are. Young women in this country are starting to freak out, and are getting pissed about this. It might not seem like it, but a lot of women are so tired of the same shit that we are.

I am trying. If it wasn't for two different men going through complete hell pulling me aside and helping me out, I would probably be so, so screwed. And thanks so much man. I appreciate that.

The mother can be screaming in court how bad she doesn't want CS, they will make you pay it. The only way you can walk away unscathed is if she actually follows through with what she says. And this never happens. The mom either eventually needs financial help(the state comes after you the second she pulls it, and you pay back CS as well) or she comes after you the second she realizes you are living a better life then her. What would fix all of this, is for the law to allow men to opt out legally…

I may disagree with you, but definitely see very sound logic in what you are saying. I just can't. The girls are so special to be around, and the feelings are amazing. As well, it plays into my instincts. Which are hard to turn off. Also, they have grown attached to me, and have bonded. I would feel bad at this point. If I was going to do it, I should have done it from the start. Look, your advice is very very good advice. Any other guy reading this that may go through something similar in the f…

Child support is completely out of my hands. I would be paying it later if not now. I would much rather stay on top of it, than to be assessed later on for 25k-125k.

Part of my plan is to have 5k put aside to jump all over that. If mom, and grandma try to brainwash them(I suspect they will based on their actions so far) I will have them interviewed by psychiatrist. Thankfully that nowadays Judges are taking this more seriously due to so many situations of moms doing this leads to really fucked up people in society. I will be ready for it, and foresee it being around the age of 4-5 years old that I have to do this. But by being prepared ahead of time, and bei…

As you can see from the video, it isn't just sperm. I hope someday you get to know the pleasure and joy of having a child. A person made from you. It is wonderful, despite the bullshit that can come with it all. And to answer your question, it isn't worth it IMO to walk away. Because at some point down the road, she will come after you. And if you research guys who do this, you will find they are typically gone after while trying to get married, or already married with kids on the way from that …

I have bad news for you. A mom could be homeless, living out of cars and on peoples couch's, and the judge wont take the kid out of the situation. I know a guy that has tried to get his daughter, due to the mother being homeless. Judge wont budge. Basically, the family court does not care at all about 99% of your personal life. Even stuff that poses a danger to your kid will take weeks, and months to iron out.

I was concerned about that for about 6-8 months. And pushed for a paternity test, but backed off after taking advice from my lawyer. If you push for it, it looks bad in the judges eyes, as if I am trying to get out of being a father. I decided to wait, and see. It was a minor risk worth taking.

Your comment shakes me up a bit. Because I often question my own sanity. Basically, I keep reminding myself to focus on the end game. I don't think anything I have done is idiotic at all. It is just very, very hard. And it is risky. I own it. And it is scary as shit. I think taking care of people who die, and are on their way out helps me keep a lot in perspective.

Honestly, I have a feeling that a lot of this will come back on women in the future. A generation of kids will grow up, and will rebel, and challenge things like they should. And one thing kids in the future will not want to be a part of, much like things from the past, is overt on its face evil. And this kind of stuff is evil. Women from our generation will spend their second half of their lives being shunned from society for taking advantage, and abusing the system. A lot of younger women are …

This is not true at all. If that was the case, women wouldn't have custody either. Custody is complicated, and is a big problem like CS is. Visitation laws are almost ironed out to being the right way in most of the US nowadays. It is CS, and custody that is so far out of touch with reality.

When I read your comment it sunk pretty deep. I don't agree with you completely, but I really appreciate the unabashed candor. It is refreshing. The thing is, I think what has kept me from breaking down is reminding myself on a regular basis just how close I am to being snap worthy. The first time we went to court, I went on a 18 hour fast. I made sure that my blood sugar was really low, making me docile, and slow to react emotionally. This kept me from being obvious in front of the judge. It ac…

I don't have any issues. I have challenged some different views, that is all. I stand up for what I believe in, and I have no issue being colorful when making a retort. I am not perfect. As well, I am willing to listen to those apposed to my ideals.

Well, I didn't and am glad for it. For two reasons. 1) I know and love my daughters. And they have a bond with me. I get to look forward to having the wonderful experience of having kids, despite the ugly side of all of this. 2) It doesn't matter if you sign legal documents, or have a contract signing away rights and responsibility. All she has to do, request state benefits, and ask the state to go after me for CS. And in some places you don't even have to do that. Mom can just change her mind, …

Same here. Because of two friends of mine that both went through this same thing, I am still here. They both made it a point to come to my house unannounced and to call at odd hours to check on me. It was something I started to notice after I had gotten through a very depressed stage. It was weird, once some people from work found out, several men came to me to help. I was shocked to learn just how screwed over the average guy is. It is like half the guys walking around are objectified by women …

It doesn't matter if you sign a birth certificate anymore. In fact, moms will do what my baby moma did, and keep the father off the birth certificate. Keeping him in court for 2 years, and abusing the rights you have taken from him by keeping it off. By that point, he is broke, and beaten and can hardly fight for 50/50 visitation which would eliminate CS, and force the parents into co parenting roles. What men need to understand in our society is that women are looking at this from a perspective…

I see your point. Easier said than done. Also, despite all that I have gone through so far, it is still worth it when I am visiting my girls. Life has risk. And you are not going to live a fulfilling life without taking risk. Unfortunately the risk I take is backed by a justice system and society that is against men.

Actually you can't. What a lot of women do that say that, will turn on you the second your life is better than theirs. If I was to get married, have kids, and be living a very happy life, you can bet your ass I would be summoned to court for back CS. And it would likely wreck whatever life I am having. If you are going to be held financially responsible for kids no matter what, it is my opinion that you might as well embrace your role. It is worth it to love them, and raise them as much as possi…

There is a lot more to the story. And to be honest, it would be smart to want to know mom's side of the story. bottom line is this, I have done nothing to deserve this. As well, the laws and system we live under should not be so biased, and down right destructive to families.

I think the way to defeat feminism is to go after equality. Force the issue to adhere to equality. For example, women have to hold just as many combat MOS positions in the military, and they have to sign up for selective service at 18. Another example is to get rid of custody, and administer child focused custody and visitation. If both parents want to be involved, no questions asked it is equal from the get go, and get rid of family court. Require jobs, and universities to encourage and have pr…
